1st choice for Canon

Best source for genuine Canon cartridges.
Competitive pricing, always in stock, always on time via Royal Mail tracked.
Also include pre-paid envelope for recycling old cartridges.
Highly recommend Ink Trader.

Appalling customer support

Had problems with a cartridge "not for the first time "in their reply email "they treat you as if your an imbocile " then ask for all transactions order numbers , I couldn't supply this as their products are sold through multiple outlets , they then told me that they wouldn't honour it as the last one purchased from their own site was out of warrenty ,Completely useless support perhaps if they put a date on the products it would show how bad they were !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry you feel the need for this review. As advised, your order was in Dec 22', 22 months ago. We warranty our items for a period of 12 months from receipt of your order for any faulty items. As this falls outside of this, we are only able to offer assistance for the potentially faulty item, which we have done so.

I'd give 0 if I could

I'd give 0 if I could! I purchased a certain ink, they sent a different one, I messaged them several times with photos, and they kept saying they never received them, then responded stating I ordered different item. Chances and liars. No refund, Never Again, they obviously need the money more than me!!
