Royal Mail had lost my inks so I contacted ink4u by email, they didn't reply to me but they did send new inks out to me.
The original inks turned up so I returned them at my own cost, I emailed ink4u to tell them I was returning them as I didn't want to be dishonest. I didn't even get a thank you email back. I'll be going elsewhere for inks now!
I received a faulty printer cartridge from company. They did not seem to receive my emails informing them of this so best to contact the company by phone if there is a problem. They have sent a replacement cartridge, at no cost to me, which did work.
