I bought a remanufactured ink cartridge. It had no ink in it. I refilled it myself and was unable to get it to print. They are supposed to be sending me out a replacement.
Update: I received the replacement cartridge and it is working perfectly. Thank you.

I placed my order on 11-24 with shipping in 2-5 days. I never got a shipping confirmation. On 12-6 I call to inquire about my order and was told it would be delivered on the 7. No way. I finally got it on 12-11, in a plastic bag form the PO because on of cartridges had ropturs an soaked
the shipping bag. I called to complain but they wouldn't take my word for the damaged goods. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered 10 #225 Canon black cartridges without the chips... then I ordered 10 chips, Now I have to install the chips on the cartridges to use them. I would rather buy cartridges with the chips already installed. Your website didn't offer the #225 black ink cartridges that way! All the color cartridges come with the chip installed.

delivered them. After discussing the problem with the company and complying with their request to send pictures of the mess, they have agreed to replace the two cartridges which they did
