Reliable Shipping and Good Selection

I've placed 3 orders with them, all $200-$300, and never had a problem. Granted, I got a bad batch of Iqon wheels once, but Customer Support gave me a full credit to get new ones. Good experience. The ability to use AfterPay is nice, too.

Order stuck with 3rd-party shipper — no updates, no support

I placed an order for wheels from InlineWarehouse five days ago. It shipped the following day from California to Salt Lake City via GLS, a third-party logistics company (not a major carrier like UPS or FedEx). According to GLS, transit time to Salt Lake City should be 1–2 days — but four days later, I still have no idea where the package is.

GLS’s tracking page provides only a vague list of scan events, with no meaningful status updates. I’ve tried to reach their support chat multiple times, but it times out after 5–10 minutes and tells me to email them instead. I did that, but haven’t received any response.

The last update shows the package scanned two days ago at a depot in Boise — and now it’s just… sitting there? In Transit? Who knows. With the holiday (July 4) approaching tomorrow, it’s unlikely I’ll see the wheels for several more days.

It’s extremely frustrating to be stuck in limbo with no way to get help. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from InlineWarehouse again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

A Tale Of A Ticked Off Skater

So, i ordered a brake monunt for my new skates. Thought the one i had would fit, was wrong. After a 48 hour lack of updates to the tracking number, I called usps, put in service requests to find the package and inevitably came to a point where it was just a waiting game. So i called IW, and asked if they’d be willing to ship another one next day air on the house. They said, “in their experience, it should be there the next day”
I literally spoke to a usps rep that said it not being “scanned out” means its lost in the system somewhere in the facility. But my words fell on deaf ears. So on friday, after being convinced that i would “GUARANTEED” get it on Saturday, i paid $40 and some change (after being refunded the cost of the brake mount that was tacked on making it $63 even though Clide said id only pay shipping)
JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DIDNT CATEGORIZE IT AS A SATURDAY DELIVERY IN THE SYSTEM SO NOW IT WILL BE HERE MONDAY
AND THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND
SO, Ill need a FULL refund on both orders post haste gentlemen $95.65. Brian, this is on you buddy, you assured me it would get here tomorrow.
Do better yall

Mostly phenomenal customer service…

Mostly phenomenal customer service dealing with an incompatible part and return. Only complaint is that the product page listed the incompatible part so I did have the slight hassle of having to box and return.
