Ordered tshirt in September for sons birthday still not recieved.. And money taken out of my bank!!!

wish I’d read reviews 1st before attempting to purchase t-shirts from inner hero my purchase never arrived they do not respond to emails just seems like a scam , one that cost me thirty quid will be seeking legal advice whatever you do do not purchase from this company!

It is 100 pct a scam site even though it looks legitimate.
They have taken my money, but not yet shipped my order. I have requested them to return my money - or I will go to the police.

Wish I’d checked on here first. Site is clearly a scam. Ordered in April and payment taken, but still no sign of my order. Tried chasing via email multiple times but no response. Avoid!

Its a scam basically. Ordered some shirts but never arrived, when trying to contact them they just ignore emails an block you on Facebook messenger. It's never a good sign when the returns page on their website shows a 404 error message.

Avoid like the plague, I wish I had!

Placed order before Christmas, haven’t received it. Emailed numerous times with no feedback. Essentially, their legal requirement is to deliver my item. I’ve now request a refund for 2 weeks and still no reply. I will be going to trading standards as it’s clear other people are affected.
Not to mention the people who thought ‘it’s not a lot of money’ it’s the principle that they’ve basically stolen my money.
AVOID.

I bought an item for guaranteed fast delivery. Was then told the item would not come in time so I was refunded my delivery cost. However I wanted a full refund as I did not need the item if it was coming late. I asked to cancel the order, this was refused and I was told to return the item when I received it. I received the item with no returns label. I emailed innerhero and received no response. I have emailed them every day for two weeks now, I have posted on their Facebook page and instagram page and still no response. The item was 19.99£ which is not a lot of money but in principal I want my refund as this company has acted wholly unprofessionally. What ever you do, do not shop, cheap Chinese quality products sold here.

Sub standard products, legal UK price establishment regulations broken, no customer service and website homepage statements ("no quibble returns within 30 days" & "fast and friendly customer service") are a complete lie.

Avoid this site all day

Reported to the Online Ombudsman. No need to go into detail as I'll only be repeating what so many others have already said here. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. As usual, Facebook not even interested in taking their page down or looking into the fact that they let them advertise on their platform. I'll keep reporting them until I get a response.

Do Not buy from INNER HERO! I ordered a t-shirt for my son. They took my money and months later I’m still waiting for the product which they claim was sent. I’ve got feeling that this is a scam! Stay clear!

AWFUL SERVICE!
Money was taken from account, and product was not delivered in over a month. Every time they were emailed I received no reply and the tracking order they gave me did not exist, I feel scammed by them.

Not worth your money. Ordered a hoodie for £29.99 back at the end of September/beginning of October and it still has not arrived. When you email them too all they say is wait for it and they request your patience when it's been nearly 3 months since I ordered it. And they do not offer a refund and have no number to call on. I really do not recommend this store

Festive T shirt ordered on 24th November, £18.99. Never arrived. No contact number. When you search them it comes up with a Russian number. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I was extremely disappointed when my product arrived after over a month of waiting. I was expecting a Christmas jumper but what I received was some sort of cheap Lycra top with a badly pixelated print on it. Its so badly printed that you can't make out parts of the design.

The support team on this site doesn't reply to email and I would have returned this awful product had I managed to get through to them or work out how to as all the links on the website are broken.

Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything again off this company and will gladly spread the word.

Today they had the cheek to ask me to review the product so this has inspired me to share this review on this site.

Ordered and item November, still has not turned up a week before Christmas (it’s a Christmas jumper) multiple emails send with no response. Raised a case with PayPal to get a refund.

Made one purchase from them, which was fine. I tried to organise a no quibble return on my second order and they quibbled, then ignored me, then told me to send it back, then ignored me again when I did. Don't roll the dice on them.

paid for xmas jumper 10 weeks ago. When I checked the tracking it said two attempts by royal mail to deliver, total nonsense. Now resent back to China. I'm absolutely raging at being ripped off. No replies to email or FB message. Con artists. No customer service number either. Its only £20 but on principle I'd like to snap someones neck.

I am so shocked! Ordered the Will smith Christmas jumper, it took 3 & 1/2 WEEKS to be delivered and the quality of the jumper is awful!! Definitely NOT worth the money!! I thought the company was uk based but it has come from China, which is probably why it’s taken so long to be delivered. The jumper is made out of cotton and spandex, it’s quite strange. It looks awful in real life, not as described in photos. I really feel like I have wasted £20! Giving 2 stars as at least I received the item, but Iv been ripped off AND there is no garantee returns as stated on their website!!!!
