My experience with this agent was more than terrible. It was in 2024 but the memories still terrifies me

They’re service is terrible. They are liars especially onkar all they care about is how to take money from people can’t even view a property and lies about many things. Can’t even properly show the clients around. Might as well show it yourself.

BEWARE OF THIS AGENT. Several years ago 2018 approx. I sold my house through this agent. They led me to believe that the property I was selling had subsidence (even though 18 months before when I purchased the property I was told by my surveyor the property was solid). The surveyor for the new purchaser who diagnosed subsidence for the house I was selling appeared to be in collaboration with this estate agent. In fact the agent used extreme scare tactics to encourage me to sell my house more cheaply than I should have. I naively did this and have since noticed that no underpinning was undertaken on this house and it is now a 3 storey building. SHAME ON YOU INNOVATE

Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not rent from innovate they will bully you into conning more money. The state of their properties is something beyond belief. Steer clear of Sandy, amrita and upkar

The most horrible estate agent ever, the house where we were accommodated was haunted and realized, and the neighbours told us nobody had been there for over 3 months, but the fraudulent estate agent made us live there in this horrible home until my contract ended. Every night there was a strange voice coming from the chimney, thudding sounds from the attic, and scary crying sounds while I went to sleep. The home was located in Sedgley, at 7 Perkins Close. Avoid it, guys; it is absolutely not worth living in a terribly scary situation like that, even for one day. thankfully My contract ended a few days ago, and I'm happy that I could make it out of this horrible flat.

Appalling service from innovate estate agents oldbury. Since renting from innvoate we found the property unfit for human habitation with mould, damp, broken fixtures under cat A. After complaining of the poor conditions to Amrit Sawan, Sandeep Kaur and Upkar Sandu no action was taken and instead i was bullied, misdirected and intimidated in hopes that i will stop however i have taken this further to the local authority and was successful in winning my case plus compo. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of crooks at innovate who are only interested in making you sign the contract and from there on all of your requests for repairs will be ignored. Please go to your local council and make a complain with the conditions of the properties and lack of repairs, you can also intruct your legal team and win compo. Happy days for me with excellent outcome from my legal team who i cannot thank enough

We have been fatally scammed by this "agency". WE DO WARN EVERYONE before proceeding with them, as the problems never arise before signing the contract. It has been an absolute nightmare since we have started our tenancy with innovate. As a tenant of there's repairs reported do not get fixed rather they will bully and intimidate you with eviction. Their properties are in a poor state with mould and broken fixtures all over the flat.. Avoid this small company that are trying to act like they are so big nothing short of scammers.

Terrible customer service, no professionalism, a tiny company trying to act bigger than it is.

As a tenant for 6 years, I can say I have personally had the worst renting experience with this company. Our oven has been broken for 2 years without resolution; we have had a leaking toilet for a similar amount of time. They put the rent up every year and are unwilling or unable to resolve issues and complaints.

After speaking with one of their directors, he said “well it’s your word against our if we go to court”, “I don’t have to care about customer service with you, your just a tenant” and after I stated I would just ring the landlord direction because I did not believe they where passing on the relevant information to him they stated “it’s nothing to do with you what we do and don’t do for your landlord”.

The rare times I have had people come out to inspect or do work I have heard nothing, but praise and I quote “you have the cleanest and tidiest house of any we inspect”. Yet when confronting their director with some of the failures to act he instead tried to threaten, harass, and misdirect. Firstly, that calling, e-mailing or reporting issues face to face on inspection “did not count”, secondly demanding I find their own letters ad provide them with evidence of the permission they gave us to have dogs in the property years before, thirdly a refusal to contact the landlord to confirm we have permission to have dog’s and fourthly responding with “well I own over 100 houses, I know about business”.

It's a conversation that was both shocking and jaw dropping in it’s disregard and disrespect of the people that ultimately have to live in the homes they offer for rent and claim to maintain.

The above review is my personal opinion based upon my own personal experiences of events relating with dealing with this letting agency. I would not recommend any landlord to offer a home with them, I doubt you will receive the services you pay for and would encourage no tenant applies to let with this agency.
