Wasted my precious time at this maid agency, not only the price is more expensive compare to the market price but what we got is only dishonest, cheating and rude service. Made payment to booked for a maid but absolutely nothing was done. No maid replacement given and even rejected my calls. Rude response from their staff even their lady boss there won't answer my calls.
This maid agency literally is a fraud, they just took my money and avoiding me and i am still waiting for my refund. The lady boss there Christie literally just cut my phone after we discussed about the refund etc.
Very disappointed. Fraud and worse maid agency in Kuala Lumpur. Please beware, do not fall into this trap or else your money will stuck in their bank.
