I am writing this review because (a) I was a little nervous ordering and (b) having received the mattress imagine there are hundreds of happy customers who haven’t left a review and only the customers and who have had a bad experience have left one.

Honestly, I was a little nervous ordering so I used my credit card. I did some research on the company and I suppose because “Whatmattress” featured them I thought it must be kosher.

I ordered direct from Inofia website (single hybrid for teenager) and used a discount code.

The order confirmation email duly came but there was no tracking number.
I tried to call the telephone number on their website and it was not connecting. A little bit of panic!

Then 2 days later the mattress turned up!

It was just left on my doorstep whilst I was out back so don’t even know who delivered it!

Anyway the mattress itself is lovely for the £150 mark. We have a range of mattresses in our house including a John Lewis £2k mattress.

The inofia appears well built, very good quality and comfortable and I would be very happy to sleep on it.

I’d love to see a better single mattress for £150!!

My advice would be that to use Amazon (if prices same) and use a credit card.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Having first contacted them on 23/6/2023 with a warranty query (and sending this email again a couple of days later), I finally received a reply on 29/6/2023 telling me to contact the relevant amazon store.

I immediately responded and told them that there was an issue with the store's amazon portal and have heard nothing since despite numerous follow-up emails.

A week on from my reply to them and I am still waiting for a response.

Bought a super king mattress recently directly from the Inofia website. I didn't initially get any confirmation email and, other than the PayPal transaction record, I had no proof of purchase. I then saw the reviews here and panicked. I emailed Inofia twice and didn't get a reply, so I opened a Paypal case. The next day I got a reply that they'd been away on a business trip and I got all the order confirmation and tracking details generated before I opened the PayPal case.

The mattress arrived quickly. It was in a branded box and is as described. We're both finding it comfortable at the moment and have been using it about 3 weeks, so I hope this continues. No chemical smell and seems good quality for a fraction of the cost we've paid before for Nectar and Dreamcloud. It's better than both of those in our opinion. Hubby is 20 stone and is comfortable and finds the mattress supportive. I'm and have no motion transfer from him moving around.

I worried when I saw the bad reviews, but I needn't have honestly. Delivery was about 5 working days for us.

The Mattress arrived quickly in a branded box and once I cut open the plastic it inflated straight away. NO chemical smell. Quite sporty stylish looking and can be used on both sides, the black side in firm and the white side is medium soft.I would buy from this brand again .

After so long living with a spring in our backs we can at last sleep perfectly. Well worth the money alsol a surprise when opening the box, thought we had boobed as it looked like a mattress topper, surprise it's vacum packed and comes to life after the bag seal is broken. full size mattress, BRILLIANT

Not my first time and won’t be my last time buying this brand. I have been buying this brand the past few years and they never let me down.This mattress can be folded into three pieces. This save a lot of space in my house. I only lay it out when there is a guest and I hide the mattress under the sofa when not needed.Although it’s a folding mattress, I don’t feel the folding when un-fold and sleep on it, which is what I like about their product. The key trick is to make sure to leave the mattress for 3 days so it can expand to original size before using it.I have also noticed that the mattress cover is removable with a zip, this mean I can take the cover off and wash it which is a surplus - not expecting that at all so what a surprise.Just had a friend staying over last week, her feedback is the mattress is thick enough to provide body support and good quality of sleep for her. I am so happy with my purchase :)

If you find bad reviews on the trustpilot, actually there are only few of the previous customers wrote a bad reviews, but they have hundreds thousands of customers.

This is obviously very friendly to big companies who are willing to spend money to ask for good reviews, but very unfriendly to honest small companies like Inofia.

By the way the brand has more than 20 UK Amazon stores, which has been developed for nearly 8 years

Ordered and paid for a mattress via Amazon (thankfully). They gave a delivery date of ‘next day premium’. I waited in all day & night only to be messaged at 9pm telling me it wouldn’t be coming. 4 days later… still nothing heard and the order was totally ignored. Amazon issued a refund. So glad I didn’t go directly! Be careful, they’ll take your money but won’t honour the order. I’ve now got to wait for the refund to clear before I can buy another mattress… meanwhile the old one has been discarded so I am sleeping on the floor. Total circus! 🤡

Ordered a mattress never arrived tried emailing them they give me tracking/consignment no. That don’t work I have sent several images back asked for refund I get no response tried there mobile number always off they sent me contact no 0115 turns out it’s not even them I have just seen this on here wish I had read first Do not trust scam once they have your money good luck getting your product have since phoned bank will getting refund on 2nd dec 22 so I suppose that’s something. If by some miracle the product does turn up it will be refused at the door.

I ordered a mattress from Inofia in January 2022 and within the 100 day refund timeline, I emailed them to tell them my back was hurting from the mattress. They took many days to respond between emails and did not offer me a full refund for my mattress, but rather a percentage off on another mattress. Because I could not afford to keep waiting for them to do something, and because I needed a new mattress, I agreed with their offer, hopeful that if I paid a bit more for a new mattress that it would work out better for me. I received that new mattress in April 2022. I asked them when they would be picking up my old mattress since it says on their website that they arrange pick-up for free. They responded that they will not in fact pick up my old mattress. I had to pay to have that removed from my home. Now it is October and the replacement mattress which I received in April has completely caved in from the middle and I have received advice from my doctor that I need a new mattress ASAP because my back is killing me. I have spent hundreds on massages to help me feel better. Because it has been slightly over 100 days, Inofia will not give me a refund even though they have seen photos of the deleterious condition of the mattress.

They lie about their return policy and they lie about picking up the mattress from your home. They lie about replacing items that are defective or damaged. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM—THEIR MATTRESSES WILL MESS UP YOUR BACK.

Don’t buy total waste of money As they have good reviews on their website I trusted them and bought a mattress without trying it out as they advertise themself with free return and refund within the the 100 day trial I’m not happy soon as I received becoz too soft

Do NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING you read on their website or BUY from them anything, they are unreliable, with no customer service, no phone line that is reachable.

Not sure whether I will see a refund at all unfortunatelly. Will make everything I can to get my money back tho.

Ordered a mattress and the wrong one was sent. No response from emails, phone calls and live chat.
Now stuck with a mattress I didn't order and out of pocket.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS THEY IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICES
