Yes to confirm they are 100% fraudsters.
I ordered items and have continued to send emails that "customer services" ignore your comments and tell you the same thing over and over again.
I received a partial refund and still chasing for the balance.

Please be aware that I ordered a product from your website last year but have neither received the product nor the refund. All I have been doing is exchanging emails with your customer service team. I believe that your website is a scam site, and I understand that you have recently changed the name to Joentx.

This is another China scam site. I finally received my money back on the NetSpend card for a purchase and it only took NetSpend 4 months. But after investigating this company they are just using an address in Ireland at an industrial complex no such actual company exists. If it's too good to be true, it is.

Hi I like to give -5 rating for this.this is second time made me problem is it scammer I had provided my phone number and asked to call me which was not done . I have send them over 20 emails over a course of 1.5 months. NO USE. Wish I could include screenshots but there's no option for it. 1 star because there is no option for 0.

Ever since I was SCAMMED by Inscovemer and Jaewhar in early January 2023, I have been trying to unravel/ dissect their M.Os.
What is their method of operation..
They use a common software platform..
If one opens the Menu, one will notice that they all have a common Menu list with a common font. THE Menu list opens on the Left with the Profile logo on the top.

They sent me a common Tracking Number
HHH00001636688YQ..
This is an Airfreight Shipping Container number, with almost real-time tracking availability on Tracking Websites (17 Track, Package Radar etc.)

So, how are they getting away with it..
I have a strong feeling that they have an insider in the Logistics department of an Airfreight Company, who is providing/leaking them with genuine Tracking Numbers which have been allocated to Consignees.

These are then distributed to unsuspecting shoppers, who can track these numbers on Tracking Websites, all the time believing that they will receive their parcels.
However, these parcels get delivered to the actual Consignee listed on the shipping documents..
The scammed shoppers just don't get any deliveries made to them.
In the meantime the Shopping Portals will insist that the deliveries were made, and will point you to the Tracking Website.

This is how they are getting away with it.
And all of them are almost daily morphing into new Shopping Companies piggy- backing on someone else's Shopping Poratls( hacking into their sites)..

Ordered since Nov 2022 nothing was delivered till date with phoney emails responses claimed they would initiate a refund. They are SCAMMERS run

A Call to have these CRIMINALS ARRESTED!! How does one go about finding these people????
There are waaaay too many scammers now that online shopping watchdogs are needed.

I have been waiting since 10th Dec for 4 items all I get is excuses ill never do it again its a scam

I ordered end of December nothing arrived, made contact and they said it was delivered, it was not delivered. Then the email correspondent went from a man to a woman and they said they would resend , ya know, the soft bull#### email and now entering the 8th week, nothing. They are doing it to everyone, so please DO NOT purchase anything from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
