Super helpful and great stock!

Absolutely perfect. I even screwed up my order but they have amended it by swapping an item as per my request. Shipping was timely, the products I have ordered are exactly as on the pics. Great customer service, great products.

I just hope they reintroduce some of the old designs as I have found out about this shop quite late.

Edit: few days after this review, they just opened up oreorder to one of the old designs that I was looking for (Take your heart hoodie). I am so happy, amazing store, truly.

Way too big. 'One size' is absolutely crap.

Ordered a jacket and it was too small and a button popped off. But the just sent me a new one with a bigger size and didn’t charge me a dime. Great customer service 5/5

Quality for Quantity;

Insert Coin Provides some of the most comfortable clothing known to gamers and alike, as of my previous orders from this website/brand, The Chloe Hoodie was amazing quality and well worth the price.

Dispatch times are excellent and are sent off on a speedy delivery to the customer, mine arrived in roughly a day. Well worth it.

Many of the game brands and designs are well made, the shirts are also snug quality (E.g previous Raglans etc, and are so comfy to wear!

If anything; insert coin provides quality for a little high prices, with discounts etc , but the quality you get from the design you order, is well worth the money from this fantastic brand.

I'd say get your orders in, and get those quality styles you can't get elsewhere!

Low and very bad quality items :(

I ordered a jacket from these guys and it arrived within 4 days, which was a pleasant surprise given the situation with COVID-19. The jacket itself is great quality and I'm extremely pleased with the whole experience of ordering from Insert Coin.

Ordered one hoodie before Christmas. Charged me twice, sent me two. Address was wrong on both of them and I didn’t end up receiving either. Took about a month to hear back from them and they said once they are returned to them they will refund one and resend the other. Still haven’t heard anything from them. It’s been over a month and I’m out 200 dollars. This website has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and all my friends say I got scammed. Considering all of the other great reviews I think that’s unlikely and I just happened to have the worst luck with them. Never had this many issues with one company before.

I never received the hoodie I ordered last year. Insert Coin said it was delivered yet nothing had arrived. I emailed them a few times and I did get a response but they said nothing could be done as it was down as delivered.

Really disappointing because I had previously heard good reviews about them.

The clothes are unique, true to fit (in my opinion at least) and are lovely quality. Good prices for a lot of the products and the sales are brilliant. There's a category/game/franchise to select for every gamer whether you play casually or not!

Amazing! I don't know where they shipped from but I ordered my Fiancé a praise the sun hoodie on the Friday and it arrived on the Monday, super fast delivery in my opinion. And he loves it. Should have probably gone with an extra large as he is like 6ft 2 but he squeezed into it aha and is happy, that's all you can ask for :)

I have stared longingly at a lot of the merchandise on Insert Coin's website and social media channels for a few years. They've designed merch for so many of my favourite titles (Pokemon, Monster Hunter, Persona, Katamari, Okami seriously check them out) I don't even know how I resisted for so long. Finally I decided to make my first purchase about 1 year ago... and then many many subsequent purchases after that.

I love how their clothes are unisex, as I prefer androgynous clothing, how they always use both male and female presenting models, and how diverse their models are. It's really nice to see diversity and inclusiveness represented in their products - a big 1UP from me.

I also seriously vouch for the quality of their items and the clothing is well designed (clearly by gamers who have played the games!) and LOOKS really chic. I wore my Monster Hunter Bazelgeuse jacket out a few times and always get compliments. I'm 5' 4" and typically wear S/M in mens/unisex and I found M fits me well for the jackets on Insert Coin (with alternating wiggle room depending on the jacket style). I've generally been disappointed with what gaming wear has constituted (especially during my teenage years) it was all screen print onto a black T-shirt and that was about it. Insert Coin takes gaming and fashion and levels up your average gamer into a sick looking badass.

Yakuza is one of my favourite series and when I saw that Insert Coin had released a merch line for this series I couldn't wait to rep the Dragon of Dojima without getting a fullback tattoo. ...then I was completely gutted because they had sold out of the souvenir jackets on their SECOND run. I eagerly waited for news of a 3rd run and when the jackets restocked I bought both immediately.

They arrived just a few weeks ago and my partner and I were absolutely floored with the intricate embroidery on the backs. We both tried them on and then my heart sank. We got the jackets both in the same size but mine was much larger and didn't fit well on either of us. I was completely gutted as it was a limited run (on its third restock!) and I didn't think they'd have any more left. I decided to email Insert Coin, hoping for the best. They responded very quickly and after sending over a few photos and some measurements, they sent me a replacement jacket that fits me perfect at NO COST!

It was such a seamless and painless experience - which has only turned me into a more avid fan of their company. If you ever have any concerns, reach out to them - you won't be disappointed. The jacket arrived today and I am ready to take down the 'mean' streets of Dublin in style! Shoutout to Nyomi from Insert Coin for being so lovely and patient with me - they're a superstar and deserves a lifetime of free cookies!

Very pleased with the customer service - I wanted to exchange a pre-order item that was out of stock on the website, I emailed to see if it was possible and got a response the next working day. I shipped my item back on the Wednesday (postage back was free) and got the new item on Monday. The whole process from original item to a new item was just over a week, I'm very pleased. Jacket is high quality and looks great.

As a big fan of Metal Gear, I've never personally found MG clothes I've liked that's not over the top and actually nice to wear. The other problem I've had is a lot of video game apparel appear to be an after thought using cheap materials, construction and techniques.

I'll be honest and say I deliberated on the MG Miller jacket for some time thinking is the cost reflective of the licensing and not the quality?

Well after receiving the jacket, I'm happy to say that the jacket is fantastic! The material does not feel or look cheap and the patchwork is stitched in (not ironed on). The back logo is screen printed and it does not feel like it will crack like other cheaper alternatives.

The pictures are exactly what you get and I got a Medium. I'm typically a Medium in an Alpha Industries MA-1 (Slim and Normal sizes) and this fit perfect. It should be noted that this Miller Jacket does not have a filler like the MA-1's - so, perfect for spring/autumn months!

Overall, I'm delighted with the purchase and look forward to wearing this with pride and good fashion sense. :) Will definitely be buying again from InsertCoin.

So let me just say, finding decent and official gaming merchandise, that actually looks GOOD and isn't cheap tat on Ebay is quite hard- In particular Hoodies are big on this problem. I'm writing this review because after getting my 5th piece of merchandise from this website, i can say that these guys really are brilliant!

I found Insert Coin maybe 3-4 years ago back when i really wanted some gaming hoodies, and let me tell you that this site is the only one had exactly what i was looking for, every time I've bought something it has arrived pretty quick, and the items I've bought (In particular hoodies) Are really, really high quality.

If you are the type of person that likes wearing things that rep. some of their favorite franchises, you should go here first. Their customer support is great, and super friendly, when one of my orders took a little while to show up they included a discount with my order too, which was really appreciated.

I hope someone from the company sees this, you guys are the best! Keep doing what you're doing and i'm positive you can really start to get more franchises on your site too (Finger's crossed!) Definitely looking forward to seeing what these guys do in future.

In short, don't bother with any other sites for gaming clothing, just use these guys instead.

I ordered the sega genesis hoodie and it came QUICK. Like I ordered it thursday and it arrived the next tuesday. Thank you guys, it fits well and was well worth the money. Will come back here in the future!

Ordered a wool/polyester jacket from them and it was very disappointing. Fuzz all over, even sewn into the lining!! Rough material. Low quality feel for a $100 jacket. Should have sized up for better comfort. Also sent me wrong items within the same order that I'm trying to get resolved.

I've had multiple dealings with Insert Coin from online orders to regularly checking the stall out at EGX each year.

I've shopped previously for myself, friends and partners and asked for help with sizing before, getting good advice. One example being I asked a female staff member at EGX about leggings sizes in relation to my girlfriend to which I got advice and they fitted perfectly.

I've made numerous online orders and always received prompt delivery in correct sizes. Their designs are good and the clothing lasts; I still have an Assassin's Creed 3 hoodie I ordered back in 2012 I still wear regularly.

Another customer surprised to see how low the score for Insert Coin is here. I've ordered from them maybe 6 or 7 times now over the last few years and never had a problem. Fast delivery, everything I ordered arrived each time and only once was I ever a little disappointed with an item (a Jet Set Radio Future tee I bought in my first ever order as it goes; faded way faster than anything else I ever bought from IC, but that was years ago now and never had the issue since).

I do agree that the sizing runs a little on the smaller side in the men's/unisex cut stuff, regardless of what IC say, particularly with items that are more fitted in the sleeve area such as some of the older jacket styles, but the quality of the fabrics used and the printing is FAR superior to most retailers and the designs are often really creative and cool! Just about to place an order for a Katamari hoodie and some Journey socks in the sale right now in fact!
