I thought I was going to a helpful, trustworthy, professional company. On the plus side, the initial design by Stefan was second to none. He is an absolute gem and a credit to Insheds. He was extremely patient and helped me design the perfect shed for my garden. That was when things went wrong.
Firstly, they ignored the agreed design and built a bulk standard shed. If I am looking for plus points, on presentation of the evidence, they agreed to dismantle and rebuild the shed. This of course should never have happened and was disruptive to say the least.
When they rebuilt the shed they broke yhe bottom part of the doorway. They explain that one of their fitters had tripped and broken his ribs. They refused to repair the broken section. No reason given, they just did not respond to that part of my request. They did however, cut back overly long overhangs at the ends of the roof line which people kept catching their heads on (arguably these should have been done at time of install).
It is now 18 months since the shed was installed and I emailed customer services for advice on how to prevent rising damp which is affecting the shed. I received no response.
This company purports to be a helpful, professional company but experience was a difficult and disappointing one.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM , this firm is absolutely joke , I can’t put it into words ! what a nightmare ! , I have purchased a log cabin from them , after 2 months delay they come and install the bloody thing ,now the fan part ( windows frame nailed in the wrong place , wouldn’t allow slats movement , door doesn’t shut properly , they come to fix it after numerous calls and emails I made , ) , after 4 months also , there is 1 inch gap in between the wooden slats , roof leaking ) and so on , so on , they come to have a look at it 4 times now and nothing been done , absolutely useless 😡😡😡😡😡

Still waiting for missing parts from a shed that was delivered weeks ago, no replies to emails and hard to contact on the phone. Please send me through the right size bench for the potting shed we have bought and the frame to support it.
Just spoke to Insheds again and parts are coming.

If they were more clear about where they deliver and assemble before taking the fee from the buyer, we wouldn't have had to go down the route we went.
Would I buy from again? Probably not, because we only went to buy from them in the first place, because of two reasons.
1: Cheap affordable sheds
2: Delivery and assembly
Assembly being the important one of the two, as we do not have the equipment to put it up ourselves. It ended up costing us £80 to have it put up by a third party.
There is beading missing which is needed for the glass to be held in place, and there was two broken panes in the carefully wrapped packaging.
It looks like we'll have to go else where for the extra beading.
One comment made by the courier was that the flat packed shed was too tightly wrapped, which could be the reason why the glass panes in their separate package within were damaged. Even the pallet it sat on was broken.
The beading we did get is all different sizes, and doesn't sit flush in the window frames.
