Got the wrong size twice in a row now 🤦🏾‍♂️

Perfect service. I needed a size change quickly because I clicked the wrong size and ther easy whatsapp messaging service is Ideal and got a instant response... The helper changed the size and asked if I needed anything else. Service u rarely get these days .

Loved the jeans I received. The quality and design are amazing. Definitely recommend and would use them again. Please give them a try and you won't be disappointed. Also the customer service is excellent and fast

Shocking absolutely shocking was told my refund had been processed 6 weeks after I had been waiting for the a next day delivery. (6 weeks weeks later let that sink in) they didn’t reply When I further messaged for confirmation of the refund as I expected...and then I got a DPD notification about an order that was meant to be refunded more than a week prior (so now we’re about 7/8weeks into when I first made my order)...and similar to the comment I read earlier the quality is very poor when I received it..but more shocking in terms of not being professional but expected considering how seriously bad this company is with dealing with customers and having read the real reviews which our all the 1 stars reviews. Is the fact that I ordered grey jeans and got black jeans.

I’m not even gonna return them because I don’t want to deal with such a shambolic company ( probably say it never got returned and steal the money or take another 7 weeks to send a next day delivery to me ) I’m going to leave the jeans as a reminder to always check properly about these dodgy Companies and I mean dodgy is an understatement in this case.

To all the people who have been ripped of and scammed by this company you are not alone let it go see it as a learning point and move on for your own mental health.

#3398 - Very disappointed with the communication with this company. DPD received my order details on the 6th of July but are yet to receive my parcel.

I have emailed and messaged their Instagram with no response and I am becoming concerned upon reading other reviews of this company.

I didn’t receive the email they advised they sent to me last Friday and are yet to receive anything further about my order.

My son returned some jeans for a refund but was issue with a credit note and a code to use online but when tried using it it says its an invalid code. we have tried contacting company but no replies, very hard company to get hold of.

Item never turned up. Contacted kept saying it’s on its way. 7 months gone past still not here. Luckily paid with PayPal so got my money back.

Received my first order today, I am very happy with the service I received, delivery was fast, the quality of my Jeans are perfect, I will definitely be using the company again as well as recommending them to my friends and family, Excellent!!!!

#3338 It’s a shame it’s took for me to write a review to finally receive a response from your company. I have returned the item by 1st class recorded sign for delivery and your company has not had the decency to even acknowledge receipt of these after 13 days is alarming. You do not have a contact number so the fact you’ve not responded to any of the emails I’ve sent I think I’m entitled to write a honest review based on my experience with your company. I’m sorry your not happy with my review but as it is honest I will not be revising it, maybe if you responded to emails as quick as you did too reviews you’d have happy customers.
I’d like to think since tomorrow will be 14 days since you’ve had the jeans back in your possession il be receiving my refund of £70 tomorrow.
Thank you Sent back a pair of jeans last month still waiting on a refund was also told I was gonna receive back my next day delivery fee as I didn’t receive them the next day, I’ve sent numerous emails with proof from Royal Mail that they received and signed for the jeans back, it would be nice to just email me back to let me know the process off my refund, you do not reply to emails. Wouldn’t recommended on the basis of my own experience.
