Luke has been absolutely excellent throughout. He was professional, helpful, responsive and made the whole process much easier for us. Welcome email received after 20days from submitting my movein form this was after 5 phonecall enquiries+ 3 whatsapp enquiries + 2 email enquires that were never responded. Wasted so much time on this.
Finally got my account created when the issue was elevated to the senior team to chase the account team. I sincerely appreciate the customer service team for chasing the account team, they have been really helpful at least..

I didn't have hot water in my home and got in contact with Insite Energy. Fortunately an engineer, Peter was nearby and was able to attend to my boiler quickly. He was kind and was able to answer all the questions I had and made sure to book a follow up appointment as some things still needed to be fixed with the boiler.
