I contacted a young lady Wendy, head of administration, informing here that i required an additional Tesla Power Wall 3 battery install .
Install location supported by photos was requested. A competitive price was then promptly provided with a number of install dates to chose from.
The Technicians arrived at the agreed time and promptly completed the install, however due neglect from my original installer , the technicians found a glaring safety issue with the previous wiring. This understandably required additional parts at my additional cost. However to ensure the install continued the part was rushed over from the companies base to ensure a seamless completion of the additional works.
At the same time I requested that the Company applied on my behalf, for an increase in-export of power from 5 Kwh to 7 Kwh to the Grid.
This did take some time due to the lengthy process instigated by the Grid, however all through the process Wendy promptly kept me up to date.
