I was bought an i20 record player with speakers and amplifier a few Christmases ago and apart from the product itself being superb, Robert is a true gentleman.
A few months after getting it, the arm wouldn't come all the way down and I couldn't work out exactly why. A quick call to Robert @ Inspire and he made a journey into the workshop on a Saturday morning to fix it (the lowering arm had been moved slightly out of position was all).
Whilst there, we had a great chat and he showed me around some of the other equipment.
Fast forward to now and I've recently moved home. Now, I am sure it'll still be in a box in the garage but I could not lay my hands on the PSU for the turntable.
A couple of emails and a chat with Robert but due to C19 unfortunately we kept missing one another so as a gesture of goodwill, one was sent out free of charge!
I even tried to insist on paying but Robert wouldn't hear of it!
You really do get what you pay for and I cannot recommend Inspire enough. Just right now, bear with them if comms are a bit slow/hit and miss. Like many businesses they've been hard hit by the pandemic.
