Easy online booking experience and excellent followup
The whole process of searching and booking our trip online was easy. We were contacted via email shortly after with clear and concise instructions as to what happens next and what we needed to do. Also received an email from Kellie, one of the sales coordinators to ensure we didn't need any extra assistance. So far I'm happy with how things have progressed and my husband and I are looking forward to our first Inspiring Vacations trip next year.

Inconsistent responses
As a part time worker myself, I understand that not everyone works 5 days a week, however, I found it extremely frustrating that emails were not responded to and I didn't have a consistent travel advisor.

I didn't select Inspiring vacations
I didn't select Inspiring vacations, a friend invited me to travel with them, and the company was recommended.
They were good at checking, but I found them unhelpful when I had an issues of fitness'. The tour is 9 months away and at the moment I am not fit enough, but they still wanted a medical certificate which as going to say I didn't meet the criteria, without taking into account it would change. I asked if this was possible, just got told fill in the appropriate form. I got no support for increasing fitness, and no info on what happens next. if I don't meet the criteria now, I just cant go??? Well I don't know where I am.
It seems the company is fine if you meet criteria but not good if you don't why can't people with limited mobility be planned for, and what is happening seems it is making judgement on older people. This is the tour I want to go on.

Booking process and tour options was great…
The whole booking process was great thanks to the staff who gave clear instructions on everything. We found a tour that offered what we were looking for at a reasonable price. I was a little concerned on my ability to use the portal but it was straight forward. In fact it covers everything I needed. I found the staff very helpful, polite and friendly. Our tour hasn’t commenced yet but I am confident I will have a fantastic time and that I will be a repeat customer. Thanks to the effort the team have put in.

Changing payment schedule amounts
Th original payment schedule amount was altered after I made the initial deposit. A lot of cost was moved forward in the payment schedule. the payment schedule did not change - just the payment amount.
