Joe & Brandon "Dynamic Duo"
Joe & Brandon arrived promptly, laid down full dust sheets including on stairs. Took great care when removing old studs & water tank stand. Did a great job in an impressively short time. When done, I was given a walk through and they made sure I was completely happy with all aspects of the installation. Would definitely recommend Instaloft. Their biggest asset is the employees, professional, courteous & efficient.

No pressure for a sale
No pressure for a sale. Time was taken to amend a quote suitable to our needs. On the day, our fitters were extremely polite and friendly. They ensured that all carpets were covered to avoid any mess and we are very pleased with the work they did in our loft.

Good Service and Company
Two lovely men (didn’t catch their names) came and boarded the loft and did a fantastic job. We love the work done and have so much useable space. The only downside was the surveyor who was lovely at first then pressurised us to decided immediately after giving us a quote if we wanted the work doing. I’d put that down to commission based work but nonetheless the work Instaloft did is brilliant.

The job was done very well with a high standard finish but communication let the company down I was given a start time 13.00 but immediately told it could be 2 hours later which would be 15.00, at 15.30 I phoned the office 1st a young girl answered didn’t know anything it was getting later I phoned again, a man answered much better, I put the phone down and they arrived 15.45 . The man worked really hard and did a great job for us, left everything clean and tidy . Thank you
