A waste of money. The instax don't last long anymore. I don't know how they make them now, but have only been able to use it 3 times and it's not working. Sheets wasted also as trying to follow their guidance. Keep your money really. Not worth it anymore.
I have ordered instant film in December 2020 and I still haven't received it. Now I can't even find the contact to this company is not in business any more. How can I get my refund?
Positive: Film was delivered within the stated delivery time.
Negative: Films were significantly out of date which was reflected in the quality of picture produced with reduced clarity and yellow staining of the pictures.
Overall, lower priced film but a markedly inferior product and not worth the "saving".
I've been a very happy customer for years, then like other reviewers my latest order contained out of date film with no packaging. Emailed them 3 times, no reply. So much for their hassle-free guarantee. Had to open a PayPal case to get my money back, and still never got a reply back from the company. Shame, because I wouldn't be unhappy to buy expired film (at a reduced price), all I wanted was an explanation and reassurance that I could order again in the future.
Also beware the sale banner at the top of their website, saying the price ends in 10 hours - it's been saying that since at least August.
Waited forever for this to arrive. Eventually came in a jiffy bag. 2 foil wrapped films... no box what a joke. I am assuming they send them without the box in the hope I wouldn't notice this IS AN OUT OF DATE PRODUCT!
