I owed 10,000.00 to Ca. FTB and 110,000.00 to the IRS. My fee for ITS wa 4800.00 up front. It was worth every penny of it. FTB gets 25.00 a mo for 20 years. IRS got a check for 250.00 and my returns for 2019 and 2020. THAT WAS ALL. Unbelievable! I am 62 and can finish.my life In peace. Anybody that works there is World Class in service. I worked for the Phone Company for 30 years. I know what World Class Service is believe me. Eric Joseph, Melissa Roberts and my buddy Rick Johnston was the team assigned to help me and I AM VERY SATISFIED! “Wow! Instant Tax Solutions delivers! Since 2002 I have been dealing with the IRS. Over the years I have hired two other well known companies to help me resolve my large tax debt. I first like to start by saying Instant tax solutions is a wonderful company with excellent staff. They explained every thing from the first call you do not feel rushed. First spoke with Glen who went over a lot of detail,and when you really don't understand taxes this can be frightening. The reason why Instant tax solutions was chosen was due to the fact the time was taken over the phone to explain the steps. You need to feel comfortable with your tax accounted. Mark is wonderful caring and always will get back to you. Mark's assistant Shane Marie is a sweetheart,she goes above to help in any way possible. I would recommend instant tax solutions to any body who is not sure which tax firm to choose. You will be always updated with everything. This is a company that really is there for you and cares. Remember taxes can be scary. When you want to sleep at night and get your problem taken care of this is the company I highly recommend.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for all that Instant Tax Solutions did for me and my family. For one base fee, they helped me to file 5 years worth of my late father's tax returns. After he died, I had no idea how to even begin the process. They completed and filed the multiple returns and then helped me appeal the many fines and interest that had accrued, saving me over $10,000. Then they helped me navigate the liens on my father's house and the eventual sale of that house, finally settling my father's debt once and for all. With kindness, professionalism, patience and competence, they helped me to navigate a very difficult and emotional process. I would recommend Instant Tax Solutions to anyone.

The IRS is like a slow moving military tank. They take quite some time to find you, but when they do, they are very powerful. To fight this tank and its tactics alone is suicide. Instant tax solutions not only shielded me, but defeated the all mighty tank. I could not have done this alone. Even with Instant Tax Solutions the IRS said no many times. Instant TaX Solutions said this is normal and put me at ease. Long story short, Instant Tax Solutions is the go to organization for your tax issues. I ended up paying pennies on the dollar.

After the economy went South in 2008 I lost EVERTHING. Trying to be a good citizen I contacted the IRS to try and work out a plan were by I could settle my tax debt. Wrong thing to do. DO NOT CONTACT THE IRS, to say the least they were not user friendly and demanded full payment of everything owed them immediately which was not gonna happen.
After some investigation I found Instant Tax Solutions and a VERY knowledgeable individual by the name of Mark Murray. Mr. Murray and his excellent staff went to work immediately on my case and stopped all the threating letters and liens. They helped me figure out what my financial health was and with that knowledge in hand formulated an offer and then presented to the IRS. Now the wheels of government turn ever so slowly, so slowly in fact that it took nearly six years to get to the end and I was really concerned that my case might fall through the cracks, but not so. Mr. Murray and his team stayed on the case and let me tell you...........!
I was eating dinner when I got the call from Instant tax solutions. You might think it was from a secretary or some other individual fielding calls that day, but no. I got into some trouble in my past and it finally caught up to me not doing my taxes didn't know who to go to who to turn was so stressed out I knew that messed up real bad and all of the sudden I decided to call Instant Tax Solution and when I did Aaron Brumfield talk to me and explain the situation that I was in and said not to worry about it. its things that they can take care of. I was scared to begin with but it sounded real legit and I looked them up everything was legit so I called him again and he asked me if i needed there help they can help me out that i need be hundred percent on board that I have to finish it to the end I was scared but I did and i was 100% on board I continue talking to him they're very good people I was stressed I talked to him and he said don't worry about it we got this will take care of this for you. a bunch of stress has been released since then then it finally came to the date that they settle my account with the IRS for $100 I'm very happy with them but I will give this company 10 stars because they're right there with you step-by-step letting you know what's going on they never let me down I recommend this company to anybody they're amazing people and caring people trust me I know if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have had a second chance in life and able to go forward in life now without all this stress I feel great again able to think and go forward and not looking back if you know what I mean they all are amazing people and good people very kind I can't express myself anymore that's why I said I would rather give them a 10 star that's what they deserve thank you all the people at Instant Tax Solution for my second chance sincerely

I hadn't filed for over 20 years and I had a previous unpaid debt to the IRS. Instant Tax Solutions protected my assets and used their knowledge of IRS rules to get me up to date and squared away with the the IRS with a total tax due under 700 bucks. I was very nervous having never dealt with the IRS on anything big before - just making yearly payments. I didn't know who to call or where to start. I made the choice to call ITS for help and was immediately eased by Glen Barber. He assured me they could definitely help with resolving my IRS issue. I was then turned over to Mark Murray and he began negotiations with the IRS. He was able to turn my $13,000 DEBT INTO $0... I was so excited to receive his call. It was nice also working with his assistant Shane - she was very helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier and I would recommend ITS/Mark Murray to anyone. Yes i would they help me a lot just do what they said and ask ? Dont always think you are doing the right thing cuz you be wrong and cost yourself a lot of money
