I too ordered a 36volt electric folding bike, £49.99, after ten
days, received a fake guggi scarf instead, so best advise is if it
sounds too good to be true IT USSUALLY IS. s avoid at all cost
and save your money,

I ordered an electric folding scooter (at:jollyinstyle.com) but received fake Gucci sunglasses instead! No way to contact them: no return papers, packing list, nothing!😡👎

What a nightmare. After waiting for some time (without any confirmation of delivery date) my bridesmaids dress finally arrived. On April Fools Day. And I felt like one. I had ordered a knee length, beautifully detailed dress in a flattering, vintagey green to match my sisters themes for her special day. What I got was an above knee, lime green hideousity that the shop themselves have admitted is poor quality but won't offer a refund. They have given me tips like "Iron it. Then it will look just like the photo." these people are crooks.

When ordering I never received any confirmation from the company and emailed them about it 4 times over the space of 5 weeks until I received a very blunt reply.
I told them the date of the event i needed the dress by and it came the day before! So i had no time to have the dress altered and had to buy another to wear.
On the packaging it had said it was sent from China, although on there webpage, they said they were located in London. Why was there a need to lie?
The dress it said did look similar to the image I'd give them that, however I asked for grey and the dress I received was more pinky than anything and also had a trail, even tho the image on the webpage didn't.

I would recommend looking else where for any kind of dress.

Ordered a wedding dress, paid for speedy delivery and I’m still waiting for confirmation 3 weeks on , not one email answered from the company. Appalling service AVOID !!!!

Disappointing! Had to chase for the order confirmation and news about delivery after receiving zero correspondence.

Once the product arrived it was cheap and looked nothing like the image advertised. The dress was of a terrible quality and I’m now struggling to get anyone in customer service to respond to me to coordinate a return and refund.

Please don’t waste your hard earned cash and time.

Never ever again will I trust this company, Very disappointed in the way they handle the things.The lady said that package was delivered..still I didn't receive my package..

The selection is not really that great.And when you complain (admittedly, in frustration), instead of asking how they can improve, they brag to you that they have 10,000 customers and 99% of them are "happy".

Not thoughtful service attitude, I am very disappointed.

Wide selection but if you can forget it. They crowd so many dresses together that it is not possible to get between them. I complained several years ago and they seemed interested, but not enough to get me to come back. Today I did return, and if anything it was worse.

I was looking forward to the dress before, but with the passage of time, I am more and more disappointed.

When I asked for my order, their service was not thoughtful.

I am very dissatisfied with this experience, dress is not very comfortable to wear.

If the delivery speed is faster, I think it will be much better. I hope you will continue to work!

Not a good shopping experience, the quality does not meet my expectations.

I understand that these things may happen with specific faulty manufacture BUT the customer service I've received was absolutely not acceptable and not helpful partially when you pay for the bran you would expect completely different level.

We will not ever be shopping with this site again and strongly urge that you take serious precautions if you decide to. Consider yourself warned!

Somehow there is no note of delivery team making a note that they damaged the dress.

It was an issue with USPS but could not provide a valid tracking number, finally had to dispute charges with credit card company to try to get my money back.

Please do not order from this company. i ordered a prom dress and they sent me a cheap looking dress that I would not wear. Not a problem of course because their website says if youre not happy you can send it back and request a refund as long as its within the 7 day refund period. On the day of delivery I requested a refund and they acknowledged my requests but for two months now they have ignored me. They are now claiming I didn't ask for a refund within 7 days, despite sending them copies of my and THEIR OWN RESPONSE emails, and outrageously that I have now worn the dress several times. I wouldn't be seen dead in it tbh
