Everyone at InstyleLED are super friendly! Their work is absolutely insane, I’ve been following them for quite some times and the fit outs they do with their custom lighting kits are next level. These guys are absolute fire in this game, trust me.. if you need your business kitted out with lighting, give this company a message and the experience you receive will blow you mind. my house renovation lighting process was made very easy by the team at Instyle LED and ran so smoothly! my electrician told me that the lighting was high quality which you can definitely tell. i needed lighting for multiple rooms within my house and they were able to accommodate for all areas. excellent customer service and very quickly delivery, would recommend to anybody in need of LED lighting!

instyle made the process of ordering LED for my media wall and sky lights extremely easy, great technical support and service, taking the time to explain to me what I needed and why to make sure I got the best out of my new LED installation.

I ordered the LED lighting to go under my new aluminium pergola. I did have problems initially but these were because because of my lack on knowledge regarding the product. They were very accommodating in helping me and I now have LED lighting that surpasses my expectations. I am more than happy with InStyle LED Ltd and their products,

Contacted them to add a remote controller to an existing setup. Tech gave a product code to order. Had to go thru sales and get a quote then order from that. Told sales were busy and would call me back. Three days later, no call back. On day 4 called again at 11:00 am. Each time, no matter what option I selected out of the 3 available I got a cursory message "can't take email" (?? really??) then got cut-off. Terrible service. Finally got an answer on the 4th attempt on day 4. The product I wanted was "demonstrated in a video". Problem is the video STILL shows an older product with different controls - sloppy or lazy. If the product I ordered works it will be last time I deal with this company.

I used Instyle for a refurb I was doing for a client and was so impressed with their service, I then decided to put some led's in my own place.
I dealt with Dan. I gave him the outline of the project requirements and he put together a list of components and different options for controls etc that we could have.
Super helpful and timely service. Quick delivery of the gear. Great help with answering install questions. Everything works great.
Would recommend to anyone requiring a good led project and control options.

I've used InStyle plenty of times for LED projects. I noticed a bad review on this site. They are a small team who work to make bespoke orders, not a large company with a team of telephone operators. Bear this in mind and they will create whatever you need and get it delivered promptly. You might just need to be a bit patient sometimes and give them a nudge.

Awful service and this before I have even placed an order! Emailed the company three times to ask for advice before I place an order. No reply. I also rang twice to follow this up and was told someone would call me back - still no reply. I dread to think what the service would be like after placing an order!

Fantastic service, very acomoodating gave me extra end caps for shallow recess diffuser and quick turnaround when there was a problem initially.
