Emmet made the insulation buying process super easy and entirely pain-free. He advised on an appropriate option, and the price represented great value for money. Thanks to a local delivery partner the insulation came exactly when they said it would. Would absolutely recommend!

Delivered on time and as far up the driveway as practical. Good quality product which is easy to cut, and handle. Price competitive.

Unfortunately, my experience with Insulation4Less has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I ordered 3-meter plasterboards, but the delivery—sent directly from their depot—arrived with 50 sheets of the wrong size (2.4 meters). I immediately told the delivery driver they were incorrect, but he just shrugged and said, “This is what they gave me,” and left everything on the driveway—right before a thunderstorm. We had no choice but to rush and carry in over £1,000 worth of materials ourselves.

We contacted Insulation4Less immediately. They promised to “get back to us” but never did. We had to follow up repeatedly over the next few days, only to be told they were “looking into it.” Eventually, they offered an exchange date a week later, which didn’t work for us. We explained that we had no space to store the incorrect sheets and needed them either collected or refunded promptly so we could continue our project.

They went silent again.

Eventually, they issued a partial refund—without confirming anything with us. No call, no email to ask if we were happy with the resolution. Just money returned based on their pricing, not what we had actually paid or lost. For context, the 2.4m boards could’ve been bought from multiple other suppliers for at least 20% less than what Insulation4Less charged.

To sum up:

They delivered the wrong product.
They acknowledged the error but didn’t act promptly.
Their communication was poor and unprofessional.
They issued an arbitrary refund without consent.
I lost money on labor, time, and overpriced materials.
This mistake was entirely theirs, but I ended up paying for it in more ways than one. I will not be ordering from Insulation4Less again and strongly recommend others proceed with caution.

Recently bought a product , very good quality also delivered fast and the driver was absolutely amazing, he did assist with offloading very helpful Thank you . Going to buy soon again for my roof 👍

Good product range & found what I wanted quickly using advice notes. Only down side was delivery cost which practically half the cost of product & a big gripe about vat when government tries to penalise diyers trying improve homes!!

No problems at all from initial contact to quick final delivery. Driver was friendly and helpful. All that I could require. Thank you.

I ordered 30 wallboards and 6 of them arrived damaged which I wasn’t too happy about. However, I rang Customer Service, they asked me to send pictures in and, in fairness, they had replacements out to me 2 days later. I understand damages happen so thanks to Aryan in returns for sorting it so quickly.

Ordered Celotex Insulated boards for my renovation on Tuesday. The wrong thickness was delivered on the Friday but I called them and they had it collected and the right one delivered by the Monday so can’t complain as these things can happen and was sorted quickly.

Easy to order, bought insulation for my garage conversion, they were helpful when I enquired by email about how much we would require and the thickness. Delivery arrived on a van as their truck could not get down my road so I needed to help the driver take the boards off but they did tell me about this beforehand so all good.

How can bussiness using the Internet for it's sales suddenly, after 5 days cancel an order with no explanation? On calling them I was informed that it was possibly lack of stock in my area. £90.00 delivery should cover moving branch to branch. Thanks a lot for nothing.

Ordered online. Order arrived quickly with a forklift to unload onto my drive. Driver was friendly and professional.

Talked to Emmet about type of insulation needed. He then arranged a forklift as access is difficult.Ordered and arrived on time with forklift to deliver next to building.

I am having to repost this honest review for a third time because this company keep flagging it for removal.
Customer service is lacking. Waited almost a week to get a quote and then they never even bothered to read the initial enquiry.
Follow up questions ignored.
Head of Sales then sends you gaslighting emails.

Excellent service, would totally recommend. Went through Emmet who was so helpful. Order arrived quick, earlier than expected. Would definitely use this company again.
