Mike Lennard was the sales person with whom I had a pleasure talking to. he was very thorough in his questions and explanation's. There were several questions he was unable to answer, but Mike descissued my issues with his manager and got back to me with the answers. This gave me the assurance that I needed to proceed setting up the insurance. Having able to negotiate the premium was a great advantage for me.

No one relishes the task of getting insurance quotes as it takes so long and costs have skyrocketed however these guys were able to quote a great price and it didn’t take half the time as usual. Thank you

No renewal Documents arrived and had to send e-mail 1 week before it expired to find out where they were. Luckily got a phone call 2 days later and got it sorted. But it did put me in a bit of a panic.

Chris Bradford was very helpful and kept the conversation clear and to the ;point and manged to safe me £400! Have been using Insurance Factory for 7 years now and will continue to use them

Awful company. I've had a number of issues with these over the years - but the most recent was a TWO AND A HALF MONTH wait for a claim - and that was only after a complaint was made, followed by a further email chasing up my claim!! Then they try to wriggle out of payment, claiming that another excess deduction has to be taken because they claim my dog's Sickness/Diarrhoea is a separate issue to his ongoing allergy claim - even though his Sickness/Diarrhoea is caused BY THE ALLERGY!! (They also did this last year too).

DO NOT respond with your standard response of "We'll get a customer service representative to give you a call" - I am not interested. I have already made complaints - and nothing changes. I am taking this to the Financial Ombudsman Service instead.

The chap who dealt with me was very polite. It was a painful process and took 50 minutes but I don’t blame the company I blame the regulators for forcing this ridiculous process on all of us.

The person I spoke to was helpful and courteous
