Underwriter AXA is terrible

I went through paying too much (recommended by my facebook transplant group) and chose Insurefor which was a good price for a transplant patient. I made a claim due to being hospitalised and contacted the emergency number and was greeted by an AXA staff member. Things went shockingly downhill (I have two reviews of the AXA saga also on this site) . It took over 2 months to settle a very basic claim.

Appalling

Appalling. Ive been pursuing a claim since november. There was an issue with their portal so they sent me a separate email address to send the documents to which i did immediately. I was told I'd receive payment in 10 days. 6 weeks and countless emails later and I am being ignore by them.

I wrote to customer services asking…

I wrote to customer services asking them not to auto renew my existing policy as I had bought a Black Friday deal to start when the old policy expired. Instead they cancelled the new policy with full refund. I am hoping that the deal will be at least as good when I have to renew.
