Completely incompetent as a business
Completely incompetent as a business. Fail to cancel policy's when informed too. Fail to inform loan company when cancelled so they continue to take payments. Took 3 phone calls to just get them to cancel the renewal properly.
INSYNC INSURANCE Are Scammers! Do NOT USE!
Got a public liability insurance out with Insync Insurance. Cancelled within 2 wks; £70.24 7 July. Despite chasing them for weeks still no refund.
Their manager can't even be bothered to contact me.
Mark Eames, Georgina.Lock at insyncinsurance.co.uk
were all asked to cancel the agreement. Up to now no proper response and definitely no refund of £70.24.
I can only take it that they wish to still tie me into a contract/agreement that I have stated i wish to cancel.
The same problem with Close Brothers, now having to get the Ombudsman Involved!
I personally would not reccomend them. They are unprofessional and the grief it will cost you in the end, I don't think is worth it. Plus I got a much better deal elsewhere within a very short time!
Con artists
I'm absolutely furious, Insync have been hounding me via text and email saying that I've missed a payment and adding charges. I sent them screenshots of my bank showing them I haven't missed any payments. I eventually worked out that the policy I had in 2021 that I cancelled in December via email (I've showed them this as well) they're still taking payments for that. The direct debit for this is set up on a bank account that doesn't get used so they've been taking money out every month, until last month when the direct debit bounced. I've made them aware of all this, they apologised, I requested a refund for the payments they'd been taking for a cancelled policy. Surprise, surprise they're just ignoring me now, and I'm still getting texts and emails saying I've missef now 2 payment with charges. I've tried phoning, emailing and get absolutely nothing.
Awful !!!!
Awful !!!!
I Called them for business insurance, they wasted 1 week telling me they will get back with the final quote "shortly " and that they are having back and forth with the insurers, even asking me about our payment arrangement. 10 days later they said O the insurers have a backlog and are Not responding! completely unprofessional, complete lies, and a waste of time. Wish I checked the reviews before I contacted them. I was referred by AXA. AVOID these guys
I really cant fault Insync
I really cant fault Insync, I dealt with Carlie Holland and the service, updates and experience was top drawer. I don't usually write reviews unless they are dreadful or excellent and I am delighted to report this experience was fantastic. Carlie worked hard for us over two days to sort out a policy for us and came up with a great package that I was delighted with. Many thanks Insync.
Spoke to a very rude Insync salesman
Phoned up only to be told that my level 3 A&P is not acceptable for their insurance policy. Not only that the salesman was extremely rude on the phone. I am now using a more beneficial insurance company, they are aware of my qualifications which are equivalent to the beauty level 3.
Steer clear
Told them I didn’t wish to renew. A week later they took £107.02 from my account. Rang them and they apologised and stated money will be returned. Four weeks on nothing.
Email sent informing them charge back will be instigated.
Useless company bordering fraudulent.
Cowboys
Took out a business policy with them and they lied about the terms included. They told me one thing was covered, but the small print said the opposite. Then when I asked for it in wiring, they ignored me.
Stay far away!
Took money without my permission
Took money without my permission. I emailed to say I did not want to renew, got a reply and they still took the money. Still waiting for refund, excuse was they said they missed the email but they replied to me? Terrible customer service, quick enough to take the money but won’t give it back even when they take it unauthorised
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been receiving phone calls daily since October apart from a period where we went into lockdown. Anyhow I got yet again another call today. I decided to take the call. The first agent was lovely and he passed me onto a lady who was just awful to deal with. Really horrible. Painful conversation I was trying to ask what she meant in terms of ‘turnover’ whether it be net or gross and she wouldn’t answer me she just repeated the question again and again. She was awful. Defo do not recommend I will be taking a policy out elsewhere.
Very rude appalling customer service
Got a call back for quote, guy who called was very lovely and polite. Passed phone to his colleague Jack (or John) who was very rude. Couldn't be asked to understand what i was asking and threaten me that calls are being recorded? Since when is asking for quote illegal? He shut down the conversation and I honestly couldnt be bothered to engage with him anymore. Very rude, take your business else where. (And looks like am not the only finding the to be rude!!)
Very bad insurance company don't trust…
Very bad insurance company don't trust them at all. If anything happens they do everything to leave you a lone. You paying money and they promise you that they take care about you but as soon it happen don't expect nothing. I am so disappointed in this company. And if you decided to take them insurance check agreement is everything written there don't trust only werbal promises.
