Seriously your driver is extremely stupid. He deliberately held his vehicle to the white line in an act to prevent motorcycles from filtering. Maybe he should realise more motorcycles less traffic for all motorists. To add the rear van door brake light was hanging out dangerously being held dangling by the wire going to come off and go through someones windscreen. May I suggest you don’t sign write your vehicles if the drivers behave like this! This was at approximately 9:00 this morning on the Dartford Crossing approach 21/10/24

This company supplied, via Arrow Kitchens Wirral, vinyl wrapped doors for our kitchen in 2013. Within 2 years the vinyl began to come away and had to be replaced and then the same thing happened in 2020 when some doors were replaced. Last year the remaining doors had the same problem but Integral refused to replace them. The product is obviously not fit for purpose as a kitchen should last a lot longer. We had the kitchen done for our retirement and now, in our 70s, we have to pay for a new kitchen. We also had some wardrobe doors but they survived all of 7 years before succumbing to the same issue. Our daughter also had the same problem so ours is not an isolated case.
We are very disappointed with their quality and feel completely let down.
