Failure to allow me to type in any addresses.

When I enter an address, there are many, many, many incorrect addresses. So, I use a lot of my "lookups." Then I receive a red flag saying to "enter a correct address." I attempt to correct the situation, but it will not allow me to type in any addresses. This has never occurred before. I pay a monthly fee for your services. Please, tell me why this just started. Thank you for rapid response.

NEW FORMAT IS COMPLETELY INACCURATE MESS

I would have given them 4 stars before they made a wholesale change in format that ruined their website. Now it is inaccurate at best, very difficult to sift through, dates on their new timeline are completely wrong. And even before the change it wasn't worth the $30+ dollars a month they charged. When I went to cancel I was offered the exact same thing for $12/mo. So it leaves you both happy to have a better deal, and angry knowing that they will rip you off until you figure it out. I cancelled for good this time.

No helpful information. Waste of money

I wanted to know the owner of the phone number which was supposedly a business. This should have been easily done but no useful information was provided. I could access report for $4.99!more. Just another false information and money grab.

The rep on the phone earns a "5" star review-very helpful. For the service itself, I give it ONE Star! What a waste of money! They provide information (that you have to pay them for!) that is pretty much public information. For each additional inquiry or question, they kept asking for more money, more money!

We do want to provide some clarity on our pricing and services. The membership charge upon sign up provides unlimited access to Person and Address reports for the duration of your billing cycle. The additional charges you may have encountered were for optional add-on services such as Reverse Phone Lookup and Reverse Email Lookup, which allow you to search by a specific phone number or email address to identify the registered owner of that information. These add-ons are always optional and are never automatically applied without your agreement.

Regarding the information in our reports, while public records are technically accessible to the public, it requires significant resources to compile, organize, and present this information in a user-friendly format, which is reflected in our pricing.

We can confirm that your account was cancelled during your recent call and the full charge was reversed at that time. Please allow 3–5 business days for this to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

I spoke with Mauricio today regarding my account. I'm almost certain I canceled it right after or around March 9th of 2026. Mauricio was kind, helpful and tried very hard to help me.
