Rewriting my review from 2018 as I accidentally had 2 accounts, so I've deleted the other account.

In 2018 my 15 year old daughter used one of these machines in our local town centre, giving them her iPhone 6, expecting a good cash payment, but in return she got a measly £1 Amazon voucher!! £1!!! Disgusting!! Her father sent her back to retrieve her phone, but she was unable to get it back. I had to contact them to arrange collection. I was not happy with this at all! Surely children should not be able to use these machines, why aren't there any security checks or age limits? They then told me it was my daughter's fault and it cost them hundreds of pounds to send out an engineer to retrieve the phone. Hmm, okay, why not just offer a decent amount for the phone then? It's your fault you had to send someone out to retrieve the phone. Maybe if you didn't rip children off and had better security checks then this wouldn't happen. Total rip off, it's nothing but a scam! DO NOT USE THESE MACHINES!!!

the machine that I had used was very easy to use, it was actually by luck I found it as I was on my way to Carphone Warehouse to trade in my phone but Intellibox offered a slightly higher price for my phone. big up this ting, if you see this, go for it, you can't miss it, bright lime colour box.
