Very good quality products, relatively fast shipping to NL. 9 out of 10 times I ordered it is delivered in 3 to 4 working days, but my most recent purchase got temporarily lost because of severe weather issues in Spain. The support helped me with a fair solution and options and in the end I received my package.

I ordered a product and payd it by immediate transfer, they said no payment received i sent the proof from my bank and they without any attention say me to wait , and I paid UPS carrier, they say it will take 2 weeks for it to arrive here in Portugal, inagine from Spain to Portugal or even from England by UPS it is too much time.
