Stunning bad service, incredibly rude staff. Very unreliable. I would rather pay more than use this company. We had an abusive delivery driver so we walked away. I’m amazed anyone actually uses them as they dont reflect well on the shipper.
Possibly the worst delivery company out there. Failed to deliver my delivery and the delivery driver I spoke to was terribly rude. I attempted to resolve this and in fairness the customer service advisor I spoke to was impartial and reasonably pleasant. I was then passed to the Network Manager who came across fairly smug and lacked knowledge. He continually stated that there is no delivery company that will deliver any goods on a pallet to your door if they have to enter a lift. I have had many things delivered to my door via a delivery driver with a pallet and I wonder how people get fridges, sofas and other goods to their door?
They also do not have a complaints process as you can see from their website. They may price competitively but they are cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for.
