Basket and flower prices bug
I was not able to add flowers to my basket after I had put the name and address of the recipient. In the end I removed the basket and startet over, having to add flowers first and all items and write the card text again. When I went to pay it had swapped the flowers I picked from 329DKK to 399DKK. Since I didn't want to start over one more time (as again I could not simply add the correct flowers), I ended up just paying more than I wanted. I see this way you make more money, but it really isn't user friendly or a good user experience. This is not the first time I experience this issue, so I hope you can make it better, so people aren't forced to go to the physical shop to pay what they actually plan to spend.

Tried to send flowers to my long distance boyfriend for our anniversary. Since my confirmation mail I haven’t heard anything from them.

"I understand it's a shame that your order hasn't reached the recipient, but we've tried"
I made an order of sympathy flowers for a friend who had just lost a parent, which should have been delivered yesterday. Late afternoon/early evening, I received a message saying that the order could not be delivered, but that I was welcome to ask the recipient to contact the florist for an appointment.
No attempt was made to contact me as the sender, and despite the website and order confirmation saying that the flowers would be left at the door if no one was home, this was not done.
Today I used the live chat on the Interflora website, to explain my position - that I could not really ask my friend (you know, the one who has just lost their parent) to go make an appointment with a florist get some sympathy flowers.
I was told that "I understand it's a shame that your order hasn't reached the recipient, but we've tried" and the only options were to either go physically to the florist, or to pay Interflora 79DKK (around €10) to make another delivery attempt. To get this answer I had to spend over an hour in the live chat, and every few minutes I spent in the chat, I got an email with a transcript of the conversation - 8 in total.
What is the actual point of a flower DELIVERY service that upon failing to deliver flowers (the sole reason people use it), just says “Eh, pay us more or do it yourself.”
