Worst florist experience ever!

Worst florist experience ever!
Clumsy delivery, that lost message card!
Very unprofessional delivery.
Ordered medium size, received small size instead. That's 10 flowers less than expected!
Client service refuses to refund, and offers a tiny discount for next order.
Error is human, but client service should assume and reimburse their mistake, otherwise is totally unacceptable.

I've always received lush and very beautiful bouquets from their florists – I think they really spend time picking the florists in their network! What I like about the Estonian Interflora is that it's also the best place to send confectionery or gif boxes for grander occasions. It's not availble in every city but it's possible to negotiate with their client service to send special request through florist to smaller towns as well (eg if I wanted to send a cake to Viljandi to relatives but they didn't have a confectionery there. Yet, they talked to the florist if she could find something local from there).
Their client service is super nice :)!

Flowers were really beautiful,I got 'Smile' bouquete, it was very nice light colors. And delivery guy went above and beyond to deliver them in rural area. Can't thank them enough for making my mum's day special. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Flowers delivered do not match what was ordered

Ordered a morning delivery, driver gotten lost (by his own admission) yet the person responding to my emails claimed that noone was at home (not correct). Flowers were delivered after 4pm. The bouquet itself did not match what I ordered. Half the flowers were missing.
I do not recommend this company.

Mange tak for Interflora.ee

Thank you for Interflora.ee who could arrange a bouquet of flowers and a gift for my friend in Tallinn. I have called Interflora.ee about 15 minutes before their official closing time and asked if it might be an opportunity to send the same day a gift of place. About 2.5 hours, my friend received his gift. Many thanks for fast delivery and the satisfaction

Best regards
Nina

Awful customer service, poor quality products

I used the international site of Interflora whose customer service is based in Estonia. I would have avoided the company if I came across their reviews before.
1. Flowers they send are not even close to what they display on their web site. Neither their quality nor their quantity compares to the photo on the site. Out of three options (small, medium and large), I chose the medium option that had a minimum of ten big yellow gerberas, dozens of small yellow gerberas and about 10 blue irises. Delivered was a bunch of flowers consisting of 5 big gerberas of different colors and 5 irises wrapped in a cheap tissue!! I was really embarrassed when my mom send me the picture of "my bouquet" surrounded by other flowers she received on her birthday.
2. When I tried to solve the issue with the customer service, they first replied to me that flowers were arranged according to the price, and that the florists had to replace flowers but did their best to please me. I asked them twice to send the right bouquet again or refund me the money, but didn't receive any replies. To my third email, they answered that the bouquet had gerberas and irises "as requested". All my following attempts to find a solution were in vain....

All I can say is that I can't imagine me using their services ever again.
