The flowers and the wine wasn't delivered to the persons we sent them. I will complain to our credit company and reclaim the money.

Nice, fast and smooth

I use inter flora service many years and they never let me down. I buy from internet to deliver to my family members in Brazil, to my friends in USA and also here in Finland. The prices are good, the options are great, the quality of the products are excellent and the delivery service is punctual.

Thank you for your feedback.
We offer different kinds of chocolates on our webpage to add to the flower delivery, but there are still some stores in a couple of cities in Finland that do not have our chocolates in their selection. The possibility to deliver flowers and chocolates to these cities is not possible but we are working on it, so the option would be available country-wide.
It is illegal to deliver alcoholic beverages, with the flowers, in Finland.

Fairly good service, could have done at least one thing better..
I thought that overall it was OK. Your site was all in Finnish. That is unacceptable in this day and age! I had to resort to Google translate, and that often is not good enough, especially where money is being transacted.
Also, I had NO IDEA when my delivery would arrive. An estimated time frame that is REASONABLE (i.e. within 2 hours) would be the best thing to do.

If you want to ask for a specific time of delivery, you can write your wish in the "Remarks"-box and the delivering shop will do their best to deliver the flowers at the desired time. Otherwise the flowers will be delivered during the requested day. Sometimes the shop calls the recipient to settle the delivery time.
