Very Disappointing Service - Do Not Recommend!
I ordered a bouquet for my mother’s birthday through Interflora.fr, with the intention of surprising her as i live in Germany. I placed the order well in advance, a whole week ahead of her birthday, for a bouquet that cost me around €99. I had included the specific date and my mother's birthday wish.
To ensure everything went smoothly, I contacted Interflora's customer service on September 16th, asking if it would be possible to arrange the delivery for the morning, since I wanted it to be a surprise for her. A delivery, for which u pay like 15€ crazy! I received a reply after several days (in French, despite my initial Writing being in English), telling me that it was not possible to choose a fixed time because deliveries are handled by a third-party carrier. Fine, I understood, but I was still hopeful the flowers would arrive on time.( Even though when a special wish is written, usually a shop does its best and maybe talks with the delivery company at least to try to negotiate that wish with them is possible, but 0 Interest/Try on helping).
On the day of the delivery, My mom received an SMS informing that the delivery window would be between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, she wasn’t home at that time, and the message was received too late for her to be able to make it back. What's worse, there was no attempt to leave a pickup address at her post in case she wasn't available. Furthermore after talking to my mom, no phone call was made to the number I had provided for her from the delivery company.
As a result, the flowers were not delivered on her birthday, even though I had taken extra care to include all the necessary details.
This is not the level of service I expected for a €99 order. Interflora completely failed to help with deliver and now my mother's birthday surprise has been ruined. The service was unprofessional and incredibly disappointing.
I would NOT recommend using Interflora for any important occasion. The customer service is poor, the delivery system is unreliable, and they do not follow through on their commitments. And by the way the flowers that didn‘t arrived today, according to the clients service because the number i gave, was not reached( even though i repeat no call received on my mom’s french number), will be given a try to redeliver tomorrow but no information about that if It wasn’t for me who contacted the service client via WhatsApp. I really hope she will get the flowers tomorrow. I gave an extra number and let’s see if they will contact for the delivery as they said. From a lot of review experiences here, i hope i won’t be one of them to see even the flowers delivered in a very bad quality. The germans does it way better and very helpful.

My daughter in Australia ordered flowers for her father in Luxembourg. She was charged but no flowers were delivered. After complaining a refund was given and she ordered a second time. Still no flowers were delivered. As we were going away and there was no point in receiving flowers anymore we cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Of course flowers were then delivered - six days after the original order and a day before we left for holiday. The customer service ‘phone numbers didn’t work and the email I sent to customer service didn’t receive a reply, even though they undertook to get back within 48 hours. What disappointing service.

Ordered bouquet on 30/07/25 which got delivered 31/07/25.
Charged twice. Still no response to my email asking for a refund but got a survey sent instead.
Still unresolved! Very poor customer service!
Not happy to pay double the price.

Just a terrible experience. Delivery was delayed by 24 hours, supposedly because they couldn’t find a local florist, and it was then handled by a florist 800km away…! Bouquet did not look at all like the one ordered and flowers did not look fresh. Avoid…

The best quality and always on time!!
ordered flowers and champagne for my partner, till date , no delivery , no phone call, no email, never using them anymore.
They were really hard to get a hold of and the delivery never showed up on time. Had to chase them for 24hours before we finally had our delivery rerouted.!
Just FYI we ordered flowers for a funeral, so if you can’t deliver on time, don’t take the order and payment.
Super stressful and disappointing service.
