A couple of minor problems with delivery but otherwise very happy with the service and the product.. Excellent customer service.

Great selection of fabrics matched with great service.

I placed an order on November 4th. When a week later I had not received an order confirmation of shipping tracker I was getting concerned. The money had been taken from my paypal, so I called the company up. The customer service contact was polite, but unhelpful. I was given to understand that not receiving these things was down to me and my email settings and there was nothing they could do about it. I’d already checked my spam folder, but nothing was in there either. There was no offer to resend the confirmation or anything of the kind, When I asked when my order would be shipped I was told the assistant had seen some good in today, but wasn’t sure if they contained my order. No follow up was offered to let me know. A couple of days have passed, nothing has arrived and the company has sent me this survey. Guess I’ll just have to write off the money spent here.

Great customer service in the store and very prompt delivery.

Customer service poor told twice they would ring me back & didn't. Not informed that the fitter would be 1 1/2 hrs. late although he did a very good job fitting the blinds.

So delighted with the upholstered bench seat - could not be happier, thank you

Fabulous service and high quality product!

The staff spotted that I had made a obvious error in my measurements which saved me a lot of trouble and expense and then expedited an addition to my order again my error.I did find it embarrassing, but at no time did the staff loose there patience Thank you very much. also the finished bench cushions are first class.
