Excellent Company! Been looking online for this particular item, everywhere was sold out so was a bit dubious when I found it on Interior Fabrics and £20 cheaper than elsewhere but it eas delivered promptly, very well packaged so I am super happy - thank you!

Wonderful service
Wonderful service, it was very good to talk to someone who knew about fabrics and how they "behave" on the furniture. Also Sonya had a great eye for colour and was able to help me make up my mind, with all the choice of fabrics around, it wasn't easy.

Long wait time for fabric
A good range of fabrics but unfortunately I chose one that took 2 months to arrive! Payment taken at the end of February but fabric didn't arrive until end of April!

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you felt it was necessary to give us a poor review. The fabric that you ordered was out of stock at the was out of our control but we do apologise. We hope you feel that the phone call with yourself on the 8th of March did communicate the situation fully with yourself regarding the delays and gave the options of a refund but you advised us you were willing to wait. We are sorry you feel this was poor service. We will take this on board to try to improve our services but sometimes we will be at the mercy of the manufacturers.

Excellent service by the staff but I had to order the fabric was told 2 weeks but it was over. Not the showroom staffs fault but it would have been nice to have been contacted to say it would be longer. I had to telephone to ask what was happening.
