Worst company I've purchased from in as long as I can remember
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. After not being able to connect with someone over the phone (ever, I think you have a fake line), and the company not working with me to reduce the cost on flipping the orientation of my sofa (even though it had not been delivered, and your design professionals failed to advise that the first orientation I'd ordered would block two doorways) I will never recommend your services to anyone. In fact, I will take it upon myself to actively advise anyone I speak to about Interior Define to not proceed any further because your company lacks any and all integrity.

My new couch is wonderful
My new couch is wonderful. I love how it is protected from dirt and stains. My dog jumped on it with muddy paws and the dirt brushed off. The material is super soft. My only concern that it took 3 months to receive. Also, I am not sure wherein the world it was constructed.

The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish! From online to in-store sales staff, it was definitely the best customer service I've ever received (I work in sales, so I can be a bit of a critic). Even after the purchase, when I had a few issues, they resolved everything right away, offering me options for my preferred solution. The service matches the quality; it is my favorite piece of furniture in my whole home — it's stunning!

Great custom couch
I was hesitant to order from Interior Define mostly because It is strictly online, and I wanted a couch for our living room. I read so many rave reviews just like the one I am now writing. I am so glad I took the chance!! I am thrilled!! The couch is so beautiful! And, because I could order it in the exact color I wanted (great choice of colors) and the exact size I wanted it looks stunning! And so comfortable. I love it!!

Great from start to finish
Everything was great from start to finish. We got a personal email from Chris, one of the design consultants at the Santa Monica location, and she made it very easy for us to come in to look at options without feeling pressured or obligated to make a purchase. Once we were there, she took as much time as we needed to help us to come up with a seating option and design that we loved and were happy to order. Ordering was easy, and our furniture arrived earlier than expected. Delivery was smooth, and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Overall a good experience. Customer service is easy to reach and quick to respond. Delivery was top notch. Our shipment was slightly delayed and we weren't notified, which is my only complaint. Once I reported the issue things moved along very quickly. We LOVE the piece of furniture we ordered -- beautiful quality and craftsmanship.

I love my chair
I love my chair! I did a lot of background research to determine the legitimacy of the company, and learned that there were struggles in the past. They have obviously addressed them. I received my chair within the amount of time they said. The quality is fabulous, fabric choices were wonderful and the upholstery job is impeccable. I really liked the traditional style with a hint of contemporary design. It took me a long time to find the look I wanted and I couldn’t be happier.

Worth the wait
The chairs took a long time to come, but it was worth the wait. They are holding up great with our family of five and you just wipe away anything that gets spilled on them. Love them and I would buy them again any day!

The fabric is beautiful, but the wait time is absurdly too long. I’ll likely not buy anything again for that particular reason. Customer service was ok, not quick to respond at times and the delivery service used could have been a bit more high end. All in all I am fairly pleased with the many prices I ordered, but I could have paid similarly and gotten them faster through a different furniture company.

A bittersweet journey
First things first, the in-store experience was pleasant. The representatives walked us through different customization options but it also helps going with a preformed idea of what you are looking for. Then the customer service could use some improvements, while it was a little hard to get in touch with in store representatives ( you'd have to try more than once) once you got in touch they are willing to help to the best of their ability. The main issue i had with this whole journey was lead time ( which they are very honest about) but I got my product outside of my window and after making some angry phone calls. However the final product is worth all this.
