Defective Li-ion Battery

I ordered a li-ion laptop battery and it arrived defective. 0v and completely dead. This defective battery is dangerous and they refuse to pick up the battery or to provide me with a refund. Amber gaslights me by saying things like "I'm sorry the battery didn't work for you." This type of customer service is despicable and I now have to escalate this further. NEVER AGAIN.

I was surprised to find a very rare…

I was surprised to find a very rare bulb for my home to replace the one that burned out. I look everywhere but only Interlight had it. Very pleased!
I will be a customer for a long time. I could not find their return policy anywhere on the website and so hope the bulbs will fit!

Replacement cordless phone battery p-p592

After placing a call to sales , I was informed two batteries were available . I immediately placed the order on line as I was informed of free shipping if done so .
Was pleased the sales representative was thorough and knowledgeable . The on line order placement was fast and easy . Very pleased the product was in stock at the quantity needed . Overall , very satisfied .
