Een negatieve recensie van mij over de 2 van de 3 solar lampen die na een jaar defect zijn werd door hen behandeld.
Ze starten zeer klantvriendelijk maar:
Na foto’s, solars opsturen die je moet vervangen en toch een filmpje opsturen 0 op rekest.
Dus koop geen Lumiz via Bol.com, want €89,95 voor 1 solarlampion is oplichting

Echter: producten worden niet geleverd en ik krijgt mijn geld na bijna 3 weken nog steeds niet terug. Ondanks dat ik ze mijn herroepingsrecht formulier heb ingestuurd blijft men producten en geld achter houden.
