I wasn't quite sure where to wait for my ride. If would help if you could send a photo of it. Also, it would help if you told the visitors that they can't only log into the airport internet inside the terminal. Other than this the service was efficient and like always, was on time.

At the first time with this company, the communication was so easy and committed. The price is competitive, and the van was so comfortable. The driver did a great job in terms of helping with luggage, excellent driving, and did not even wait or ask for a tip. His greeting was wonderful. Hope to ride with him again. Definitely I ll use this company every time in future.

Best service ever in luxury van airport transfer . Driver was in time and helpful to pick my luggage as travelling with 3 kids.

Late on both legs of the journey . An hour at airport and 20 minutes from the hotel . In fact when we contacted them they asked us to meet there driver at a railway station having to carry our cases through the streets. On my return home I challenged them and they said they couldn’t pick us up from the hotel because the road was not open to taxis , the same road and hotel they had dropped us off at on the Monday .DO NOT USE

The drive itself was descent, but when it came to the payment the driver performed a little fraud. The price on the internet said 35 Euro but when I offered 100 Euros he said that he doesn't have Euros and that he can return me Liras. I said I want Euro for the change but then he proceeded with his vile plan. He said that he will give me 17 Lira for 1 Euro even though 1 Euro is 20 Lira. I disagreed but it became tense and I didn't have time to argue because of the flight. He gave me 1000 Lira instead of 1300 Lira. So he took 15 Eur for himself in the process. Very shameful and miserable from that man and for the company.
