Being my first order
Being my first order, I wasn't sure on sizing and ordered incorrectly. Items were on sale and not returnable, so I chalked it up as a loss and my fault. Remie from their support team, knowing it was my first order and wanting to make it a good experience, was able to help get me an exception so I could exchange the items for the correct size. Went above and beyond for me and it is definitely appreciated!! I will be back for more! Thanks again!

Great customer service! My order was accidentally delivered to my old address after moving recently. I couldn’t get in touch with the new owners to get the package so Into The AM credited me my order amount! I think I found my new favorite clothing company!

Great company. The prints are super unique, and while not all of them are for me, some are just great.
The basics are great quality for the price and I but them a few times a year, especially when there's a sale.
Support helps too if needed, recently had a quick resolve with Joan, always great to deal with.

My order got lost in shipment. I emailed the support line, and they responded in less than 2 hours and got a new shipment created for me. Joan is the one who helped me, and they were very friendly! A very good experience.

Ardie was able to solve my problem very effortlessly. I had a problem with my delivery where the package said it was delivered but the package was no where to be found. After trying everything to find the package on my side, unfortunately still not turning up, I had a chat with Ardie who was able to get my order out again right away! A double charge was swiftly and easily corrected.
I accidentally had a double charge on my card for the monthly tshirt subscription. I contacted the customer support email and was greeted by the best customer service I've had in awhile. Their name was Remie. They provided exceptional and quick correction to the double charge. Would 1000% give them a raise if I could.

AWESOME SHIRTS AWESOME SERVICE
I found INTO THE AM by watching many of my favorite YouTube channels such as Squidmar, Ninjon and many others. I obviously ordered some awesome shirts with their provided discount links. As Im from Canada, the shipping ends up in the hands of Canada Post who was recently on strike so my recent purchase was lost. After submitting a claim, I was contacted by "Joan" who offered to either re send a new package of the shirts I ordered or a store credit. I obviously asked for a new delivery of shirts! Big thanks to Joan and Into the Am for the great service, I look forward to ordering from them again!
