Great shirts and customer service

I really love shirts from this company. I ordered several new ones to add some colors and one of the shirts was damaged. Remie assisted me with returning the damaged item and issuing a store credit. Very happy with the customer service.

I love to shop with Into the AM

I love to shop with Into the AM! They have the best clothes and the best selection of clothes! Recently I placed an order but it turned out the item was not available but I didn’t find out j til after my order was placed. I got an email from a customer service rep named Remie and he/she helped me out by offering to replace my item or wait until it becomes available. The next day I got an email saying that the original item I ordered was now available and Remie had already had my item shipped out to me!! Great customer service and great communication from Into The AM!!!

Shipping Issue and Resolution

I had a concern regarding a shipping error, or rather a delay, and even though Into The AM was truly at the mercy of the courier, they still stepped up and offered me a refund for the difference of the shipping costs (overnight vs. standard). Joan was extremely helpful in assisting getting this handled and it only took 2 emails where some companies I converse for weeks on end with no resolution. Great clothes and great customer service. What more can you ask for?

How to Do it Right!

I had eye surgery in early August, which I am still recovering from. I had purchased a pair of pants from INTO THE AM, which were too big. While recovering from eye surgery, I missed the return/exchange date deadline. I decided to email my circumstances, and I requested an exception to the return date deadline. I had already settled with myself that I would have to live with the fact that I missed the deadline, so I was then thinking about who I could give the pants away to. Then I received a response from a customer service representative, Arde, and was delighted to hear that the exception was granted. So we started the process for the exchange. That exchange is almost complete. What stood out to me through this entire process was the customer representative,Arde, sincere approach to helping me accomplish the exchange. I felt like that, Arde, really cared about helping me, and the graciousness and professionalism were exceptional. Ardie was quick to respond to my emails throughout the process, and I felt that it was important to Arde, that I received the very best service regardless of the outcome. Personal customer service seems to be fading in this day of automation. Well, Arde, made this 73-year-old man feel special, and that my business with IN THE AM was important. Folks, that's how you keep customers. Thank you, Arde, job well done.

I had an issue with a duplicate order

I had an issue with a duplicate order, and INTO THE AM’s support team, especially Ardie, went above and beyond to help me out. The communication was fast, friendly, and super clear the entire way through.

Ardie personally followed up multiple times, handled the cancellation quickly, and made sure everything was resolved without any hassle. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive these days, and it really shows that they care about their customers.

I’m a huge fan of INTO THE AM’s graphic tees already, and after this experience, I feel even better about supporting the brand. I highly recommend both the products and the team behind them!
