Check if you owe the money before paying

After many emails and chasing them I received today a letter saying the case is closed! No apology for the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the call centre and no apology for sending me a demand letter with an alleged debt by mistake! Check before paying whether you owe the money. I am now expecting a refund from them for the overpayment made under protest because of their delayed response!

Unprofessional and aggressive customer…

Unprofessional and aggressive customer service!!! I received a letter with an alleged debt to UPS (which i had settled last year) in a wrong address and I called to explain this had been paid long time ago. Gave the claim no and my name and then he asked me my date of birth for personal data protection reasons. When i refused to provide personal info and told him he couldnt verify my date of birth cause he never had it he got angry and hanged up the phone!!!

I emailed customer service all the relevant info and waiting your reply!

Unprofessional and Aggressive

Unprofessional and Aggressive Customer Service

I had an awful experience with Intrum regarding an unfair invoice passed to them by Ricardo. When I called customer service hoping to find a solution, I spoke with a representative of the brand. Not only did he fail to address my concerns, but he also raised his voice and screamed at me on the phone.

It’s unacceptable for a customer service professional to treat clients with such disrespect, especially when dealing with stressful financial matters. Instead of assisting me or offering any constructive guidance, the costumer service approach made the situation worse.

I expected a higher level of professionalism from a company handling sensitive issues like debt collection. This experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed.

This is a scram company

This is a scram company. That they charge me a fee of a migro klubschule course which I did not register. Reference is 13323077. I am ready to defend my self to the court. Never give up, this company just threaten people and abuse the fear.

It is just a scam

It is just a scam! my case number is : 40947747 i paid all debt they want double payment! I contact with them 12 times they do not answer e mails and phones! Legal action was initiated against them!

I had my doubts about Intrum due to my…

I had my doubts about Intrum due to my personal experiences. It all started with a letter in the post that was incorrectly addressed, then telephone calls that were not answered. Emails that as yet have yielded no useful information. No seriously what sort of desperate person would work for such a joke of a company.???

Good

(Sorry I write in english because my german it’s not so good)

I’m surprised to read so many terrible review, and so I thought maybe I’m lucky….seriously I have/had some with Intrum via Byjuno and in my experience everything is perfect especially with Byjuno, I always paid in time in post, invoices arrive minimum 2 or more weeks before and after few days I have payment confirmation via email so perfect. The only strange things is maybe about Intrum (who is the one who approved the credit to buy something)….I mean the system is curious because if for example I try to buy something for 1000 francs now say no after two hours say yes the day after say no again and maybe after another day say yes….in in this time nothing at all change by me, all the same. This is the only complaint I can do about Intrum/Byjuno for the rest in my experience, as I told already, for now is perfect.

One little thing and very important to say I DON’T WANT OFFEND ANYONE, the invoices must be paid in time if you pay in late (and I repeat I don’t want blame nobody’s because can happen) it’s normal that you can have consequences
