Check if you owe the money before paying
After many emails and chasing them I received today a letter saying the case is closed! No apology for the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the call centre and no apology for sending me a demand letter with an alleged debt by mistake! Check before paying whether you owe the money. I am now expecting a refund from them for the overpayment made under protest because of their delayed response!
