Debt being copied so it does not match DRO info
I had one debt with this company which got put onto a DRO ack in August, now all of a sudden I now have anew debt with them with exactly the same details, amounts dates but just a different account number, I have tried writing twice and no replies have been sent to myself, only letters saying I owe the debt, which I do not as it looks like it has just been set up again so it does not match the DRO information

I am a very vulnerable and ill person having been in a serious accident . This company also using unethical threatening tactics. I will report them to the FCA for unethical practices. Wish there was a choice for 0 star these ppl keep harassing me for a supposed loan owed to NatWest Ive NEVER had any sort of dealings with NatWest apart from using their cash machine to withdraw cash and this despicable company keeps harassing me I spoke to action fraud who advised me to check with clear score if that so called debt is registered with them and Lo & behold it’s not, these scums makes me sick

Confirmation of payment’s completed
Grateful for the reduction and the possibility of paying in three intervals. However I’ve not received an email/letter to confirm that payment has been fully paid. Also with this the agreement that my credit rating will have a positive impact. Although not fully but partial as I was informed.
