Dear Inuikii Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent pair of Inuikii boots I purchased.

Unfortunately, the quality of these boots is absolutely unacceptable. One of the lace hooks broke on the very first day I wore them. Had I still had the original box, I would have returned them immediately. Sadly, my mother had already thrown the box away, so I attempted to make the best of the situation by tying the laces differently and avoiding the broken hook.

After only three wears, another lace hook broke.

The boots are incredibly poorly sewn, feel low-quality, and are overall extremely disappointing. If this were a €50 pair of boots, I might have understood. However, Inuikii positions itself as a medium-luxury brand, and at this price point, such defects are simply inexcusable.

I am genuinely dissatisfied. The quality does not match the brand image, marketing, or price whatsoever. It is frustrating to own a product that feels so fragile and poorly made, especially given its cost. Frankly, if they weren’t so expensive, I would have thrown them away by now.

This experience has completely deterred me from ever ordering from Inuikii again.

Very disappointed

I have purchased 2 pairs of Shoes (Mocabee) and they are fantastic. Very cute to look at and extremely comfortable. Both orders came quickly with free delivery.
I would hesitate to recommend based on my experiences.

Great quality shoes. Excellent customer service. I had some real struggles with returning my parcel, but with excellent help from costumer service who reached out to me several times during the process I could return my order, even though the process was complicated they were really helpful!

I bought boots at a really good price on Black Friday. I decided to choose 38EU according to the size guide provided on the web site. When I received my order and tried it on it came too small, not even 1 size. I wrote to the support if there any chance to exchange boots for another size because I didn’t want to return it and buy again (the was another price because Black Friday has ended by the time a received boots) and they said no, so I returned it. And what really upset me that the return is not free so I paid 15€ which were automatically deducted from my refund money. Later I tried on another pair of the same boots in another store in size 39EU and again it was small which is weird because I have never worn 40EU but ok, if it would have correct size guide I would buy 40EU. Boots themselves are good but size guide is incorrect and confusing. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this company.
