At this point I've been with them so long that the questions are repeating. About a month ago I started trying to redeem my points for gift cards however, everything I choose had an error message. Sorry. We're added gift cards. I joined this to earn gift cards so if I can't earn them and I can't use the planes to get money in my bank account then what is the point? So now they have my banking information and I don't have anything to show for it. This company never sent any notification to its customers to let them know it was no longer working.

I used to really like this app. The questions were simple and no screenouts. I'd had it for almost a year when I tried to cashout a $5 gift card a few weeks ago & got the message "sorry we're out of gift cards." Like WTF.

After going to their Facebook page, I see many other people had the same experience recently. If they knew they were closing the app, they should have let people know BEFORE they cashed out. They just got a bunch of free data & there's nothing anyone can do about it.

I saw their ads that you can earn money by answering surveys, so I downloaded their app to try it out. The app is kind of glitchy, for some reason it only works on wifi and no cellular data. I earned enough to redeem a $5 gift card, cool. Then I earned to be able to redeem my points for another $5 gift card, but whenever I tried to redeem I kept getting the message "sorry, we are out of gift cards". I thought that was weird but maybe if I earned enough points for a $15 gift card it would work then. Then when I did earn enough and tried to redeem I got a different error message. Then I was automatically signed out of my account. I tried to sign back into my account then I got the message that my account had been suspended. I then email customer support for help, immediately got a message back that they no longer answer support requests.
