Poor customer service

Ordered pool pump, impeller & pump shaft seal. Online chat employee was condescending & assured me they were the right parts after I asked them to verify. Had to return the impeller because it was the wrong part but had to use the screw & o ring (had to reuse the old impeller). I explained this to whoever handles the returns & the return was approved. I paid to return & followed all instructions. Waited for them to contact me about receiving my return but nothing. I had to contact them again & was told they had to email the return dept. Next day they say the o ring & screw was missing so the return was not approved. Spent over $400 with this company ….get sent the wrong part, pay to return the part & this is the service I get. Never again.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered off of Amazons, which INYOPools was the company listed. Got the product which was the wrong part. Sent it back and went directly to INYOPools to purchase a new one. They made me send my ID to them saying they needed to check it to my Business Credit Card. Which I did and they canceled my order?
The only way to contact them is through a Chat. My first Chat was about my ID because my CC was under the business name and address where the product was being shipped to. But my ID has a different address. The person on other side said that they could not help me with that and I just needed to see.
The following week I got an email canceling my order because my ID didn't match. I went into another chat and try to find out why and explain I had just sent them back over $300 worth of merchandise that they received back the pervious week that I had gotten through Amazon. Was told that INYOPools has no affiliation with Amazon. I said you sell products through Amazon. Again they said No, we have no affiliation through Amazon.
I just wanted to have them see that I who I am and my credit card was good.
Then I just got an email about my order if I have received my order by clicking on the link below.
If I haven't, wait a 24-48 hours or disregard if I canceled this order. Well I didn't cancel it they did. My charge card was charged but it was also credited for the charge. Still waiting to see my credit on the products I sent directly back to them that I purchase from Amazon who they have no "AFFILIATION" with.
I am a business owner and this company is a Joke!

Worse customer service

Worse customer service! I ordered a part, received email with tracking #, click on tracking and says I cancelled my order which I didn’t. Send an email to get a response saying contact them by email asking the problem (like my first email didn’t explain). I then decide to call. Spent very long time searching for phone number which isn’t on their site. When I finally got a number it showed a fax and landline….both rang as a fax. Never doing business with them! I also think it’s a scam.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. Don’t care about getting the correct order shipped and when asking about THEIR screw up. They want a restocking fee and only send back half the refund. They are scam artists at its finest.

Was able to order the correct part

Was able to order the correct part, with the help of the chat expert, at more than half the cost of the repair company, that still was having trouble getting the part.
Received the part in less than a week! Great service!

Disappointed

The pump does not seem to have the power that I thought it would. Vacuuming could be a challenge. Also,air seems to be getting in to the system.

INYO support and website is the best…

INYO support and website is the best out there. Recently my pool pump went out. Rather than purchase a $500 replacement with their help I replaced the motor and gaskets and saved $300. Their website had how to videos giving me the confidence to take on the job. Their support made sure I had all the right parts. They are the best!

5 STARS for a 5 STAR EMPLOYEE

5 STARS. The delivery took 3 days and was free. I wasn't sure I would be buying anything from INYO because of the reviews I read on the Better Busines Bureau web site. I engaged Hector Flores from your customer servive department and told him what I found. The first thing he did was apoligize for what I had to read. He explained all of the troubles you guys were having during the worst year in the past 100 years and I completely knew what had happened. with that in mind, I explained my problem with the Maytronics Dolphin Quest robot that rolled over and died after 9 years. He told me it was a model no longer being made by Maytronics. They wanted $407.00 to repair it. It didn't make any sence to spend that amount of money on a fix-up. I told him about the dolphin E20. You had it on sale for $599 and he added a coupon on for $25 for my having to read all of the "bad press" on the BBB site. I was sold. Hector spoke to me like a friend, not a customer to make a sale to. He is trully an asset to your firn.
