The trust score is extremely low. For a fee of $13, this is garbage. It was purchased from Malaysia, but IPdata shows it's in the US. The fraud score is 100.

I purchased an "Australian Static Residential IP" from IPFoxy. What I received was an IP that geolocates to Hong Kong, belongs to a commercial data center, and is classified as "Data Center / Hosting" by multiple independent tools (Scamalytics, IP2Location, etc.). This is NOT a residential IP. It's a cheap, low-quality data center proxy that any competent fraud system would instantly flag.
When I provided clear evidence to their support and asked for a replacement or refund, they refused. They insisted it's "Australian" despite all evidence to the contrary. They are either incompetent or deliberately scamming customers.
Do not trust IPFoxy. They sell mislabeled, low-quality proxies and have zero customer support when their fraud is exposed. Save your money and go with a reputable provider . This company is a joke.
This is absolutely terrible. I bought a Singapore IP address, but the ASN is a service provider that can't be found. They use data center proxies to impersonate residential IP addresses and don't offer any refunds. Please don't buy from them to avoid being scammed.
They are not returning the $42 remaining on my account balance. The minimum deposit to the account is $50, which I deposited. After using the service briefly, I decided to withdraw the remaining funds. However, the support team informed me that such an option is not available and that they will not return the money. They refused to issue a refund.

Don't waste your money. They sell Chinese data center proxies at the price of US residential proxies. Thieves.
Update: this is in response to the IPFoxy's reply to this review. They responded by basically saying that I am lying and that their proxies are genuine. But it is once again just another deception tactic. Gaslighting their customers. Their proxies are fake. Chinese data center proxies sold as US residential proxies. And guess what? I did contact support, and I showed them proof that their IPs are trash. I shared screenshots from both ip2location and ipqualityscore, the most reliable IP checkers, they both flagged them as VPN from China. They told me this is irrelevant and refused to issue a refund. Everything they do is deceptive and shady. Want another proof? Go to their checkout flow and select Visa, and you will see that they are hiding who their processor is, no mention of Stripe or AirWallex or anything. Just a form that takes your card details, without you even knowing who is actually processing the transaction.

Don't buy from IPFoxy. they didn't replace proxies. You can choose smartproxy or webshare. IPFoxy customer service is very bad.

Proxies they sell as residentials are data center. Refuse to admit and no refund, 10 min after purchasing and checking it. All tools confirm. Avoid this company - chinese crap.

Garbage agent, in order to receive 200M experience, let users to praise to receive, all praise are brushed out, we do not be deceived

Their static residential IPs are of poor quality and very expensive. The static residential IP I purchased was banned by multiple website platforms. I contacted customer service for a refund or replacement of the IP, but they refused to replace or refund me, saying that there was no problem with the "IP". This is a dishonest service provider.

Thier badwith meter is fake. Real ration is 1:10. If you spend 1 mb it will register 10 mb. Do not use!

Baddest sh***t, there is residential proxy = datacenter with POS-fingerprint of Linux and provider isn't residential - this is corporate actually!

Extremely disappointed with IPFoxy's proxy service. The proxy fails to connect 99% of the time, rendering it virtually unusable. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team for assistance, I've received no response. Furthermore, two weeks ago, I accidentally purchased a server proxy instead of a residential one. Despite immediately reaching out for a refund or correction, my request has been completely ignored. Overall, my experience with IPFoxy has been nothing but frustrating and negative.

The purity of the purchased IP is not high, with values ranging from 60 to 70
