Forget the low price they advertise, you will end-up paying much more and wait very long...
I've sent my iphone with just glass broken, everything functioning as normal (touch screen, home button, camera...etc).
I even got shop confirmation that only glass require changing but unfortunately it was 30 Euro more expansive.
Trusting the honesty of this online shop, I sent the phone for repair, paid 79 Euro which still OK.
Couple of days passed and they send me email that they cannot replace the glass only but I have also to replace the monitor. So I have to add 60 Euro.
When I try to choose to cancel the repair, they display a message that I will be charged 40 Euro for service consultation. So of course you will be forced to repair and pay the extra costs.
Furthermore, after finally got my phone I found that repair was sloppy and glass was not attached properly. Contacted the company and they asked to send the phone again. So far so good, however if you read their complaint section then you have two options:
1) They start repairing your phone after 5 days during guarantee period at no cost.
2) You pay 30 Euros more and they repair within 24h.
Note also the following, anytime you send the phone to them after printing DHL label. The label is marked 'Retour' product, this means DHL will not be eager to deliver them with priority (24-48h). It might take up-to 4-5 days until they receive the shipment.
So all in all, here is the complete brief for my experience:
Cost: Total 130 Euro (compare to 100 I could pay at local shop)
Total time: 4 days (me-company) + 5 h repair + 2 days (return) + 2 days communication + 5 days (return shipping) + 5 days (process time) + 1day (return) = 18 days
So piece of advice, stuck with local repair shop even if that is a bit expansive.
