Order #16306
Ordered last week. Paid for delivery within 1-3 working days. No sign of product. Have asked for refund. Terrible company don’t order from here.

Don’t bother ordering anything from this company, I placed an order and it said my goods were in stock and my payment was processed, 3 days later I received a text saying my order had been cancelled and my money refunded but no response as to why it had been cancelled? So I contacted the company and it took them a day and a half to give me an answer that the goods had gone out of stock which is why my order had been cancelled. Very bad customer service won’t be ordering from them again.

Tried to return a product and received no response to email. Followed link to Facebook site and messaged them and got instant response but they said this wasn't the same company when I gave the my order number. No address or telephone number on the website. Advise not to buy from them

Non existent customer service, no response to reported problems with iphone SE 4200mah case which lost half its capacity within 5 weeks.

Avoid

Don't trust the website. When you look for a product a timer appears saying 'Hurry! Only 9 left in stock.' The number decreases creating a sense of urgency to buy before they run out of stock. Messages appear saying that Barry from Basildon and Troy from Tring has just bought one.
Relax!
Refresh the page and miraculously the stock is replenished and the fun starts all over again.
Never trust a retailer that employs these tricks.

I ordered the wrong size battery pack, emailed iphonepro who promptly replied no promblem send it back we’ll exhange, 1 week later correct size delivered, however for some reason it didn’t charge, emailed again immediate response apologising and asking to return faulty one they would replace. 1 week later new working & correct size battery!
For me this was first class customer care.

Ordered the wrong powerpack primarily because of the confusing model details. Returned the item to be replaced by the 'correct' item. Took a further three weeks to be supplied with the replacement item. The return postage receipt and tracking information was supplied. Poor and non-existent responses to emails, excuses that could not be supported by the facts, i.e., no return received, replacement already posted. Difficult to decide between 1) being awkward and untruthful responses and 2) being totally unorganized - or both.
